An improved apparatus 100 for cutting and squeezing sachets/pouches is disclosed, having a cutting and sliding assembly 200 configured to allow linear movement of one or more sachets/pouches and cut the one or more sachets/pouches as the one or more sachets/pouches undergo linear movement: and a roller assembly 300 configured to pull the one or more sachets/pouches through the cutting and sliding assembly. and squeeze the one or more sachets/pouches as the one or more sachets are pulled. the squeezing resulting in extracting contents of the one or more sachets/pouches. The cutting and sliding assembly 200 and the roller assembly 300 are accommodated within a container assembly 400 such that the squeezed out contents are collected within a container of the container assembly 400.

Atraumatically formed tissue compositions, devices and methods of preparation and treatment

A process and system provides for atraumatic preparation of morcelized Tissue Particles (MTPs), such as Full Thickness Skin Graft Particles (FTSGPs), cartilage particles and other organ tissue particles, in a liquid medium. The resultant tissue product may be a suspension of Tissue Particles in an aqueous solution and containing highly viable cells and may be rapidly prepared at bedside or in the operating room and conveniently delivered to a patient through a syringe or similar applicator. The MTPs may be used for surgical applications including wound healing, cosmetic surgery, and orthopedic cartilage repairs.

A first motor causes a first conveying roller pair to rotate, and a second motor causes a second conveying roller pair and an aligning rotational member to rotate. A control portion temporarily stops the first motor each time a sheet member reaches a position at which the sheet member is subjected to punching. Each time the sheet member reaches the position at which the sheet member is subjected to punching, the control portion continuously operates the second motor if the sheet member unreaches a position at which the sheet member is nipped by the second conveying roller pair, and otherwise temporarily stops the second motor.

Releasable side strapping assembly for a food product slicing apparatus

A food product slicing apparatus for slicing food products into slices is provided. A frame mounts a drive assembly which is configured to move the food products relative to the frame, a side strapping assembly which side straps a side of the food product, and a slicing blade configured to slice the food products into slices. The side strapping assembly is mounted to the frame proximate to the drive assembly. The side strapping assembly includes a releasable clamp which couples a blade of the side strapping assembly to the frame. The clamp can be released without the use of tools.

Kitchen apparatus and method for spiralizing a foodstuff

Provided is a kitchen apparatus (100) having a spiralizing mode for slicing a foodstuff into a strip or strips, and a further mode which is an alternative to the spiralizing mode. The kitchen apparatus comprises a hand held motorized drive system (102) and a foodstuff engagement tool (104). The foodstuff engagement tool engages with both the drive system and the foodstuff. The foodstuff is thus rotated by the drive system in the spiralizing 5 mode. The drive system is adapted to release the foodstuff engagement tool to enable adoption of the further mode. The kitchen apparatus comprises a cutter (106) adapted to slice the foodstuff into the strip(s) when the rotating foodstuff is advanced onto the cutter. The kitchen apparatus further includes a container (108) having an opening (110). The cutter is mounted on the container in the spiralizing mode such that the container receives the strip(s) via the 10 opening. Further provided is a method for spiralizing a foodstuff.
