SLICING MACHINE, ESPECIALLY SLICER
A slicing machine for slicing at least one product caliber into slices and for producing portions from the slices, includes a cutting unit with a blade, in particular a rotatable blade that is movable in a cutting plane, for cutting slices from the at least one product caliber, a feed unit for feeding the product calibers to the cutting unit along a feed direction, and a gripper unit with at least one gripper which is movable along the feed direction. The gripper unit comprises a claw drive unit by which gripper claws of the at least one gripper are displaceable between an engagement position in which the gripper claws hold the product caliber and a release position in which the gripper claws do not hold the product caliber. Furthermore, the claw drive unit is configured as an electromagnetically actuated claw drive unit.
SLICING DEVICE COMPRISING RAPID-MANUFACTURING COMPONENTS
The present invention relates to a device (5) for slicing one or more food products (2), especially sausage, ham and/or cheese, wherein for every food product (2) a separate track (7) is provided along which said food product is transported towards a moving blade (11) which separates food slices (12) from the front end of the food product (2).
Method and apparatus for punching and connecting plastic parts
A top tool and a bottom tool which can be set relative to one another along an axis perpendicular to a workpiece plane are provided in an apparatus for punching and welding plastic parts. A punch die and a sonotrode are fastened to one of the tools.
Slicing device comprising a product gripper
A slicing device includes a cutting blade, a support, an endless belt, and a gripper. The cutting blade separates slices from a front end of a food product. The endless belt conveys the food product in a direction of a cutting blade and/or presses the food product against the support. The gripper is arranged on the endless belt so that the gripper is conveyed in a direction of a rear end of the food product to grip the rear end of the food product. A position of the gripper is moveable in a direction of the support. The endless belt includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is arranged closer to the cutting blade than the second portion. The first portion is arranged generally parallel to the support, and the second portion is arranged at an angle relative to the first portion.
GRIPPER COMPRISING AN ULTRASONIC SENSOR
The invention relates to a device for slicing one or more food products, in particular sausage, ham, and/or cheese, wherein a track is provided for each food product, along which track the food product is transported in the direction of a moving blade, which cuts off food slices from the front end of the food product.
Method for the parallel production of shingled portions with different number of slices and suitable slicing machine
In order to prevent a slice from being separated from each log during the last cut in the case of multiple portions produced in parallel, that is to say there is no unproductive cut in the last cut, as is required, for example, in EP 2942165 B1, the basic idea is to already provide an unproductive cut for at least one log during the first cut for the simultaneously produced portions, wherein a distinction must be made in the following procedure whether or not separately controllable portioning belts are present per lane and whether the portion lengths should be the same or not despite different numbers of slices.
High speed slicing machine
A high speed food article slicing machine with a slicing station, a moveable frame supporting a food article feed mechanism frame, a food article gate, and a safety guard system for detecting an intrusion into the machine. Food articles are loaded onto a lift tray and raised to a staging position where food articles are in contact with a food article gate. The lift tray is located inline with the food article feed paths such that lateral shifting of food articles into the feed paths is not needed. Food article grippers, individually driven along feed paths by an overhead conveyor, move food articles over the food article gate towards the slicing station. The food article gate functions to assist in removal of food article end portions. The slicing machines utilizes a horizontally radiating laser intrusion detector to shut down systems when an unwanted intrusion is sensed.
HIGH SPEED SLICING MACHINE
A food article slicing machine includes a food article loading apparatus with a lift tray assembly for moving food articles from a staging position to an elevated position at a beginning of a food article feed path, a food article feed apparatus disposed over the food article loading apparatus having an upper conveyor assembly with an independently driven endless conveyor belt used in cooperation with a food article gripper for moving the food articles along the food article feed path, a food article stop gate that forms part of the food article feed path and opens to drop food article end portions, and a slicing station at an end of the food article feed path with a knife for slicing the food articles.
Food Processing System for Cutting a Food Product into Portions
A food processing system (2) for cutting a food product into portions includes a product engaging component (19, 21, 102) configured to engage an upper surface of a food product lying on a support surface (12, 106) in the system, and an electronic position sensor configured to generate a position signal dependent on the height of the product engaging component above the support surface. An electronic controller (5) is configured to receive the position signal and to control the engagement height of an end gripper (30) using an end gripper positioning assembly (16) with reference to the position signal.
ASEPTIC PINCHING DEVICE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
An aseptic pinching device includes two half components. Each one of the two half components has a base structure, a first buckle structure connected to a first side of the base structure, and a second buckle structure connected to a second side of the base structure opposite to the first side. The two half components are identical. One of the half components is configured to be flipped 180 degrees relative to the other such that one of the half components is brought toward the other to engage each other. A diagonal space is formed by the base structure of one of the half components and the base structure of the other, and the diagonal space is configured to accommodate a sleeve to pinch the sleeve between the two half components.
