Wall hole punch device and method
A wall hole punch device is provided. The punch device has a wall-engaging surface, a floor-engaging surface, and a punch. The punch has a punching end, which generally has an angled face for pushing the chad downwardly and away from the hole. The bottom of the punching end is high enough to clear typical base plates when the punching device is used as intended. The top of the punching end is low enough so that the hole can be covered by baseboards of conventional height. A method of punching holes in walls and a method of drying walls using the device are also provided.
MULTI-FUNCTION APPARATUS
One or more apparatuses, computing devices and/or systems are provided. In an example, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus may comprise a sharpener device configured to sharpen a pencil. The apparatus may comprise a hole puncher device configured to punch one or more holes in one or more sheets of paper. The apparatus may comprise an indentation at a corner of the apparatus. The apparatus may comprise a stapler device overlying the indentation. The stapler device may be configured to couple sheets of paper together by driving a staple through the sheets of paper at a point within the indentation. The apparatus may comprise a tray configured to collect shavings from the sharpener device and/or chips from the hole puncher device. The apparatus may comprise a vacuum device configured to apply suction to conduct material (e.g., shavings and/or chips) from the tray.
Hard Taco Shell and Method and Apparatus for Producing the Hard Taco Shell
A taco shell is produced using a rotary cutter including a shaft, an outer blade extending radially outward from the shaft and a first inner blade extending radially outward from the shaft. The outer blade defines an interior area, enclosed by the outer blade, and an exterior area. The first inner blade is located in the interior area and includes a plurality of teeth. A dough piece is cut from a dough sheet with the outer blade, and a first arcuate line of depressions is created in the dough piece with the plurality of teeth. The dough piece is folded to form a shaped dough piece, and the shaped dough piece is baked to produce a hard taco shell.
Composite article assembly system and method
A composite article assembly arrangement includes an all-in-one assembly station for supporting certain two-workpiece or composite article assembly methodologies with a view toward a preferred lid assembly application. The all-in-one assembly station includes a stationary main base plate, opposed intermediate compactor plates, and opposed outer plates, which compactor plates and outer plates are movable relative to the stationary main base plate. One or more continuous webs bearing thermoformed first and second workpieces are directed through the assembly station, which assembly station operates to both separate the first and second workpieces from the web(s) as directed therethrough and assemble the first and second workpieces in one clapping movement of the compactor plates and outer plates relative to the main base plate. The main base plate comprises an axial alignment chamber or cavity that operates to mechanically or structurally maintain axial alignment of the first and second workpieces during workpiece assembly.
Template kit for drilling holes and mounting objects
A template kit for assisting with the drilling of holes and the mounting of objects to a planar surface. The template kit includes an impactor, a plurality of punch heads removably securable to the impactor, and a sheet of material having a first side and a second side. The first side includes a first adhesive that can releasably secure the object to be mounted. The second side includes a second adhesive that can secure the device to a wall or other planar surface. The second adhesive has increased adhesive strength relative to the first adhesive. Each punch head includes an inner and outer edge that can cut a disc member from the sheet of material, wherein the impactor drives the punch head through the sheet of material. In use, the disc members are secured to a wall and serve as a guide for drilling a hole to hang the object.
Feed assembly for automated machines
An assembly for feeding objects downstream into an automated machine includes a track, a tamping location on the track, a stop disposed at the tamping location, and a forward path through the track. A spring proximate to the tamping location moves between a first position and a second position. In the first position of the spring, the spring cooperates with the stop to interrupt the forward path. In the second position of the spring, the spring cooperates with the stop to open the forward path to allow objects to move downstream in the track.
Press-molding apparatus for cosmetic patch
Disclosed is a press-molding apparatus for a cosmetic patch, suitable for use in cutting a piece of patch fabric to a predetermined shape while being pressed using a press, including: a planar pressing plate, which forms a pressing portion of the press; at least one cutter, which is fixedly secured to the lower surface of the pressing plate and protrudes therefrom so as to cut the piece of patch fabric through pressing of the press, and is formed in a cylindrical shape so that a plurality of stacked pieces of patch fabric is simultaneously cut and the cut pieces of patch fabric are received in the space inside the cutter; and an ejector, which separates the pieces of patch fabric received in the cutter from the cutter.
CUT-OUT TOOL
The invention relates to a cut-out tool configured to cut an opening into a housing wall, comprising a cut-out device arranged on an end-face section of the cut-out tool, and a thread for screwing the cut-out tool into a threaded connecting piece in or on a housing wall in order to introduce an opening into a housing wall.
Vibrating cutter tool circular cutting jig
A circular jig apparatus to allow cutting or marking of large circular holes in sheets of material using a tool with a cutting blade or marking device is disclosed. This apparatus includes a system to hold the hold the tool in place, adjust the size or radius of the circular hole, and guide the cutting blade or marking device around in a circle on the sheet of material. In particular the cutting tool may be a vibrating blade. A system is also disclosed to match the curvature of the cutting blade to the arc or radius of the circle being cut. A system is also disclosed to provide a depth stop for the cutting blade. A system to hold a wide variety of marking or dispensing devices for use with the circular jig is also disclosed.
