Cast Stone Corner Hardscaping Block
A hardscaping block includes a dry cast concrete backer block having angularly arranged contact surfaces and an integrated wet cast concrete veneer block chemically bonded to the contact surfaces, the veneer block having an exteriorly facing simulated stone surface. The integrated backer block and veneer block form a cast stone corner hardscaping block.
ARTICULATING COMPOSITE SURFACE COVERING MAT AND METHOD OF MAKING
An articulating composite surface covering mat and process of forming the mat are provided. The mat has multiple units having a regular, natural or irregular appearance, and each unit a flexible geogrid extending therethrough. Gaps are formed in the spacing between the units. A method of forming the mat includes forming the mat upside-down on a bottom surface of a bottom mold, locating a geogrid in a cavity defined between either or both of the bottom mold and a top mold, and placing the top mold over the bottom mold to form the mold assembly, sealingly engaging the transverse walls of the bottom mold and top mold where there is no geogrid, and adding the filler to the mold assembly.
PROCESSED SLABS, AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS RELATED THERETO
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
Processed slabs, and systems and methods related thereto
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ENGINEERED STONE AND AN ENGINEERED STONE
A method for manufacturing an engineered stone, the method including: providing a mixture comprising at least a stone or stone like material and a binder; compacting the mixture; curing the binder; and printing on at least a top surface of the engineered stone.
Masonry block
A method of forming simulated stone or brick column or a retaining wall is made up of rows of masonry blocks of generally trapezoidal configuration arranged in end-to-end relation to one another in each row, each block including a recessed portion being aligned with one another in each row and each block having textured wall surfaces simulating the appearance of brick or stone along one or more wall surfaces arranged in different configurations without the necessity of interlocking the blocks together.
MOLD FRAME HAVING DISPLACEABLE MOLD WALL, USE OF THE MOLD FRAME AS WELL AS A MOLD WALL SYSTEM HAVING A DISPLACEABLE MOLD WALL
In summary, the invention concerns a mold frame for the production of molded pieces, comprising: at least one mold cavity, the at least one mold cavity being defined by a plurality of mold walls, wherein at least one mold wall of the mold cavity is a mold wall that is displaceably attached to the mold frame.
Processed slabs, and systems and methods related thereto
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
Manufactured retaining wall block with improved false joint
A retaining wall block having a false joint and a system of retaining wall blocks. The retaining wall block includes a body having a first textured surface and a second textured surface and a false joint dividing the first and second textured surface. The false joint can have a depth divided by the width greater than two inches. The false joint can have an interior angle of less than ten degrees. The system includes a plurality of retaining wall blocks and a first course of retaining wall blocks engaged with a second course of retaining wall blocks below. Each block in the system comprising a front face having a first textured surface and a second textured surface and a false joint dividing the first and second textured surface. The false joint can extend a predetermined depth of a third surface.
BLOCK, BLOCK SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING A BLOCK
A block, block system and method of making a wall block. A block with multiple embodiments of a visually exposed surface having three dimensional shaped areas and three dimensional angular valleys or joints that can be used to construct a patio, wall, fence or the like; the multiple embodiments creating a more random and natural appearance. A mold box having a moveable liner and a stripper shoe that impart three dimensional shaped areas and three dimensional angular valleys or joints onto an exposed surface of a block. The moveable liner and stripper shoe also impart a parting line onto the exposed surface of the block.
