Form Liner For Concrete
20240367343 · 2024-11-07 ·

A form liner for concrete can be produced according to a manufacturing process. An example manufacturing process includes providing a substrate material, and then printing a barrier substance onto the substrate material in an outline form of a desired pattern. After printing the barrier substance, the example manufacturing process includes printing an expandable foam material in a liquid state between the outline form of the barrier substance. The expandable foam material is then cured such that the expandable foam material is stiffened on the substrate material between the outline form of the barrier substance to provide the desired pattern on the substrate material for use as the form liner for concrete.

BLOCKS, BLOCK SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MAKING BLOCKS

A block, block system and method of making a wall block. Multiple block embodiments with multiple embodiments of a visually exposed surface having three dimensional shaped areas and three dimensional angular valleys or joints that can be used to construct a patio, wall, fence or the like; the multiple embodiments creating a more random and natural appearance.

Wet cast brick molding equipment, method of using the same and brick made therewith

Molding equipment comprising a mold having at least one cavity is disclosed. Each cavity allows the formation of a brick. A brick molding element is installed on top of each cavity to allow the formation of a mortise interlock element. The brick molding element is typically secured in place by mean of a securing mechanism. The molding equipment may be used for molding a variety of inter-engaging stackable brick element.

A system used to form poured walls or structures with a finished surface which may be smooth, various pattern surfaces such as brick or stone or applying thin material, such as thin brick and thin stone, using exterior applied finish panels which are attached by attaching means, grapple catches, to the exterior face of a concrete/cementous material flow through lattice grid form as one or both forming surfaces in a concrete/cementous pour. When the forms are poured concrete/cementous material flows through the lattice grid panel and flows up to the interior forming face of the exterior applied finish panel. When the concrete hardens to the desired stiffness the exterior applied finish panel is removed the pattern or thin material remains on the exterior formed face and where the thin material holding gaskets were located now represent the thin material surrounding concrete/cementous material mortar joints.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pipe collar for a drainage pipe and a mold for the pipe collar, wherein the pipe collar is formed by positioning mold walls adjacent, atop and/or around a mold face, inserting one or more safety reinforcement handlock bar elements through one or more of the walls, filling the mold with a consolidating material and removing the walls. Upon removing the walls, a formed pipe collar can be lifted, moved and otherwise manipulated using the safety reinforcement handlock bar element(s) to position the pipe collar above a drainage pipe.
