Intelligent Intracranial Hematoma Removal and Drainage System
Disclosed is an intelligent intracranial hematoma removal and drainage system, including: an information input module, an information detection module, an intelligent module and a hematoma removal and drainage module, wherein the information input module is used for collecting preoperative data and transmitting the collected preoperative data to the intelligent module; the information detection module is used for acquiring intracranial data monitored in real time and transmitting the monitored intracranial data to the intelligent module; the intelligent module is used for receiving the data from the information input module and the information detection module, analyzing the received data to make a determination, and converting the determination into an instruction signal and transmitting the same to the hematoma removal and drainage module; and the hematoma removal and drainage module is used for receiving an instruction from the intelligent module to remove and drain intracranial hematomas, and feeding data after removal and drainage back to the intelligent module. The intelligent intracranial hematoma removal and drainage system provides corresponding bases for all treatment operations, and all signals are detected in real time, thereby ensuring the real-time monitoring of key information of a patient during an intracranial hematoma treatment process, such that all the treatment operations on the patient are controllable and precise.
Systems and Methods to Facilitate the Non-Surgical Management of Obstructive Urolithiasis
The present invention discloses systems and methods for use in the treatment and management of obstructive urolithiasis. A coupling device between a nephrostomy tube and external fluid and control connections may be used in some embodiments of the present invention. This coupling device may provide a quick connection between the nephrostomy tube and a reservoir for irrigation and a collection container for drainage of the kidney. In some embodiments, a triple lumen nephrostomy tube may be used to house an irrigation catheter for irrigation of the patient's kidneys and a ureteral modulation wire and enable drainage of fluid from the kidneys. The ureteral modulation wire may be inserted into the patient's ureter through the kidney in conjunction with the nephrostomy tube. A harness system is also disclosed that may be used in conjunction with the coupling device and the triple lumen nephrostomy tube to enable a patient to independently control irrigation and drainage of the kidney.
SURGICAL CAVITY DRAINAGE AND CLOSURE SYSTEM
A surgical drain device includes an adhesion matrix of biodegradable polymer material and a plurality of drain tubes attached to the matrix. The device is implanted within a surgical wound to treat the presence of seromas, for example, and is used to promote drainage, tissue adhesion, and wound closure. The drain tubes converge into a common collection tube that leads wound fluid outside the body under gravity feed or negative pressure applied to the collection tube. The matrix contains an array of apertures that allow tissue contact across the device. The device also can include a coating of surgical adhesive and a tissue anchoring system of hooks or barbs. The device can be used with a negative pressure system to further improve the drainage band can also be used with a wound dressing. The device and systems containing the device are particularly useful to promote the healing of surgical wounds from abdominal surgery.
