MOBILE TWIN SHAFT MIXER AND METHODS FOR USE THEREOF
A mobile twin shaft mixer is disclosed herein, as well as methods of using the same. A benefit to the mobile twin shaft mixer can be a compact, lightweight, high capacity twin shaft mixer useful for mixing, proportioning, and transporting construction materials in mobile operations. A benefit to the methods of use of the mobile twin shaft mixer can be the supply of modern construction materials to the delivery location at the point of installation.
Cement Mixing Tool
A cement mixing tool with a gearbox transmission assembly, an electric drill tool, a pair of mixing blades, a drive shaft housing assembly, a handle assembly and a splash guard. The electric drill tool is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The gearbox transmission assembly is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The pair of mixing blades are attached to opposing shafts extending from the gearbox transmission assembly. The splash guard attached to the exterior the drive shaft housing assembly. The handle assembly is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The resulting tool can be used by a person to mix wet cement within a wheelbarrow or other similar open topped container.
MIXING AND FEEDING SYSTEM FOR 3D PRINTING OF BUILDINGS
The present invention is a mixing and feeding system for 3D printing of buildings, designed for extruding highly viscous construction material with a high setting speed. The invention ensures consistent quality of material mixture and does not depend on external and unpredictable factors. The system utilizes a piston water dispenser, a single horizontal brushless motor, water metering nozzles, a pneumatic clutch, separation of wet and dry areas, an optional high pressure washer, and an automatic release of flushing balls for additional and autonomous cleaning. Any extruder should be installed as close as possible to the dispenser supply line of the present invention, such that the system sensors may detect the proper dose of mixed material.
DEVICE FOR APPLYING A BUILDING MATERIAL
A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; and a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive and a mixing chamber provided with a stirrer shaft and a conveyor device, the conveyor device being designed as a screw conveyor with windings, and the mixer being adapted to the building material.
PORTABLE MIXER
A portable mixer that has a first auger, a second auger, a motor, a material loading location, where material may be loaded into the mixer, and a dispensing conduit. The motor powers both the first auger and second auger. Further, the second auger may rotate in a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction and the second auger substantially prevents material from exiting a dispensing conduit when the second auger rotates in the first rotational direction and the second auger distributes material through the dispensing conduit when the second auger rotates in the second rotational direction.
Volumetric concrete mixing system, equipment, and method
A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.
MOBILE MIXING DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND RELATED METHODS
Mobile mixing devices, mobile mixing systems, and related methods are provided. A mobile mixing device can include a frame and a mixing drum securable to the frame. The mixing drum can include a body that forms an internal cavity and can have a forward end and a bottom end. The mixing drum can also include a mouth at the forward end of the body that provides access to the internal cavity of the mixing drum. The mobile mixing device can include a heater support arm having a heater secured to an end of the heater support arm that is distal from the mixing drum. The mixing drum can be used to process cement material when the heater support arm is in a stow-away position or used to process asphalt when the heater support arm is in a heating position with the heater facing into the mouth of the mixing drum after loading of the asphalt.
Method and Apparatus for Applying Cementitious Polyurethane
A device and method device for continuous mixing and laying of cementitious coating onto a substrate. There is a first mixing stage for metering and mixing a first liquid and a second liquid to create a first mix and a second mixing stage for metering and mixing the first mix with aggregate to form a second mix. The first and second mixing stages use flow meters and flow controllers for metering and restricting the flow of the first liquid, the second liquid and aggregate. A controller operatively coupled to the flow meters and flow controllers controls the mixing in a closed-feedback arrangement. A screed box applies the second mix onto the substrate to create a flooring layer. The flooring may be in a food processing plant.

Bucket Assembly With A Metering System For A Construction Vehicle
A bucket assembly for a construction vehicle, having a body with a bottom wall, a rear wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall defining a cavity therein, the first side wall having a discharge outlet. A metering system includes an auger moveably attached to the body along a pivot axis within the cavity. The auger has a motor end and a discharge end. A motor engages with the motor end of the auger and is configured for variable movement of the auger about the pivot axis in a first direction for metered dispensing of a construction material through the discharge outlet, and a second direction for controlled mixing of the construction material within the cavity.
