Nasal Device
A nasal device includes a tip member having a first end and a second end, the second end of the tip member being oppositely disposed relative to the first end, the tip member including a first wall disposed at the first end thereof, the first wall defining a first aperture configured to be in fluid communication with a nostril of a person; a cover member disposed over a portion of the tip member, the cover member including a second wall overlapping at least a portion of the first wall of the tip member, the second wall defining a second aperture configured to be in fluid communication with the nostril of the person and the first aperture of the tip member, the cover member configured to provide a seal with the nostril of the person; and a vacuum source or a fluid container coupled to the tip member.
Hydrotherapy device
A hydrotherapy device for treating a wound on a surface of a patient's body is provided. A body of the hydrotherapy device includes a wall having an outer surface, an inner surface, and a chamber defined by the inner surface. The wall further includes an internal void, a first port extending fully through the wall and in communication with the void, a second port extending from the outer surface partially through the wall and in communication with the void, and a plurality of channels, each extending from the void to the inner surface. A central axis of each channel forms an angle at the inner surface.
Trans anal irrigation platform with bed module
A trans anal irrigation device that can be used on a bed. The device includes a rectal catheter connected to an irrigation fluid supply. A waste collection bag is also connected to the catheter. The catheter may be insertable in a seat attached to a fluid supply line. A valve in one of the catheter or seat selectably allows or prevents fluid communication between the catheter and a waste collection bag. The catheter may include an inflationless cuff made of a flexible material that permits it to be inserted in the rectum to prevent leakage around the exterior of the catheter.
Transanal irrigation device and system
A device for performing transanal irrigation includes an elongated neck having a proximal end and a flushing liquid channel passing therethrough. In a system including the device, the flushing liquid channel communicates with a source of flushing liquid. An insert is positioned on the proximal end of the neck of the device and is inserted into a body cavity of a user. The insert has a flushing liquid opening that is in fluid communication with the flushing liquid channel of the neck. A control housing is connected to the neck of the device and contains a pump. Pressurized flushing liquid flows through the device channel and exits through the flushing liquid opening of the insert when the pump is activated. A pair of support arms are attached to the device neck and rest on a sitting user's legs with the insert positioned below a body cavity of the user.
STEPLESS SPEED REGULATION MEDICAL PULSE IRRIGATOR WITH LED LAMP
Disclosed is a disposable stepless speed regulation medical pulse irrigator with an LED lamp, including an upper handle, a lower handle, a pump body, a fluid tube, stepless speed regulation control parts, a spray nozzle part, a power supply part and an LED lamp. The pump body is arranged inside the upper handle; the left side of the pump body is connected with a piston; and the bottom end of the piston is provided with a big gear. In a pulse irrigating process of a wound, the disposable stepless speed regulation medical pulse irrigator with the LED lamp can use a continuous regulatable flushing speed and pressure to reduce the discomfort of a patient with this instrument according to the wound pain sensitivity of the patient, and can improve the wound cleansing efficiency and relieve the working load of medical staff at the same time. When flushing fluid splashes onto a contaminated fluid collection bag to obstruct the field of view, the LED lamp can be turned on through an LED lamp control switch to assist in the observation for the wound, which facilitates debridement personnel to determine whether debridement is completed, so that the debridement time and cost are greatly saved.
System and device for irrigating and cleaning nasal cavities
A system for irrigating and cleaning nasal cavities is provided. In some embodiments, the system includes a stand configured to hold an aqueous solution container. A primary incoming tube leading to a face mask device configured to be worn by a user. In one embodiment, the solution is gravity fed directed through the primary incoming tube into at least one port of the face mask device. A drain line leads from the face mask device to a collection container.
UTERINE DISTENSION FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH PERISTALTIC PUMPS
A pump cartridge for mounting on a drive rotor includes a roller assembly having first and second hubs maintained in a spaced apart relationship and defining an axis, and a plurality of planetary rollers arranged in a circumferentially spaced orientation about the axis, the rollers mounted to the hubs displacement radially outward. One or more compressible tubing lines are interposed between the rollers and an interior wall of the pump cartridge housing. The housing and the first and second hubs collectively define a passageway through which a spreader on the drive rotor extends and may be rotated relative to the roller assembly to displace the rollers radially outward to thereby compress the tubing lines against the interior wall. A coupling feature on the first hub engages a roller driving feature of the rotor, so that rotation of the rotor causes rotation of the roller assembly about the axis.
Medical systems and methods
A fluid management system for use in a tissue resection procedure includes a controller. An inflow pump is operated by the controller and configured to provide fluid inflow through a flow path to a site in patient's body. An outflow pump is operated by the controller and configured to provide fluid outflow through a flow path from the site in patient's body. A motor driven resecting device may be provided for resecting tissue at the site. The controller is configured to actuate an inflow pump and an outflow pump in response to various signals and various algorithms are provided to provide malfunction warnings and assure safe operation.
DISPENSER
A dispenser (1) of liquids for medical uses wherein a first membrane body (10) is shaped symmetrically with respect to a first frontal median plane (M) and to a second sagittal median plane (N) intersected in a central axis (A) and is delimited at the top by a dome (12) which is axially delimited by a base portion (12′) and by a top (12″) of given shape; a second body (20) being carried by the first body (10) inside the dome (12) in a position concentric with the axis (A); the second body (20) having a hollow lower portion (22) concentric with the axis (A) and an upper portion (28) engaged by a first and a second duct (280) (280′) terminating in the dome (12), with a first nozzle (2800′) (2800) and a second nozzle (2800′) respectively; each first and second nozzle (2800) (2800′) being arranged between the first frontal median plane (M) and the second sagittal median plane (N).
