Remote Control Vehicle Accessory
A method for building a mold and building a protective skin on a premade body. The surface of the premade body can be sprayed with a mold release agent and then coated with bedliner material.
RESIN MOLD
To provide a resin mold which is excellent in adhesion to a substrate, excellent in release properties from a transfer material resin, further excellent in durability of the resin mold itself, and which endures repetition transfer to the transfer material resin, a resin mold of the invention is a resin mold having a fine concavo-convex structure on the surface, and is characterized in that the fluorine element concentration (Es) in a resin mold surface portion is the average fluorine element concentration (Eb) in the resin forming the resin mold or more.

Method of making ceramic shaped abrasive particles, sol-gel composition, and ceramic shaped abrasive particles
A method includes: providing a mold having a plurality of mold cavities, wherein each mold cavity is bounded by a plurality of faces joined along common edges; filling at least some of the mold cavities with a sol-gel composition that includes a release agent dispersed therein; at least partially drying the sol-gel composition thereby forming shaped ceramic precursor particles; calcining at least a portion of the shaped ceramic precursor particles to provide calcined shaped ceramic precursor particles; and sintering at least a portion of the calcined shaped ceramic precursor particles to provide ceramic shaped abrasive particles. A sol-gel composition, shaped ceramic precursor particles, and ceramic shaped abrasive particles associated with practice of the method are also disclosed.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FEEDING A LUBRICATING OR RELEASING AGENT TO PRESSING TOOLS OF A TABLET PRESS
A method and system for feeding a lubricating or releasing agent from a dosing station to one or more pressing tools arranged in a pressing chamber of a tablet press. The tablet press is configured with a feed pipe for feeding the lubricating or release agent from the dosing station to the one or more pressing tools of a pressing chamber of the tablet press and the feed pipe is configured with a shut-off valve disposed in-line with the feed pip for controlling the flow of the lubricating or release agent to the pressing chamber. The method comprises the steps of: producing a negative pressure with respect to the surroundings of the pressing chamber of the tablet press, measuring a pressure in one of the feed pipe and the pressing chamber, and issuing a signal indicative of the measured pressure and issuing an enable signal to open a valve in response to the pressure signal.
Method for producing a composite molded body and corresponding composite molded body
An apparatus and method for producing a composite molded body in which several layers of prepregs are laid over one another, adhesively bonded to each other and cured under pressure and/or vacuum, wherein the prepreg layers laid over one another are introduced into an airtight shell, the interior of the shell is connected to a vacuum source and evacuated and the molded body is cured together with the shell in a furnace. In order to develop a corresponding method and a composite molded body which can be produced with it, which does not have at least some of the above disadvantages, an antifriction agent is introduced into the interior of the shell before the evacuation of the shell.

Method of manufacture of products from geopolymer composite
A method of manufacture of products from geopolymer composite shaped in a mold which is filled by casting of geopolymer composite in form of a precursor and after its hardening the casting is taken out from the mold and the casting surface is provided with a metallic layer. Before metal-plating casting surface with absorption capacity greater than 5% is treated to make it chemically stable so that pH of a leachate from 100 g of the bulk product in 1000 g distilled water after 24 hours does not exceed 9. In order to reduce the absorption capacity of the casting surface it is penetrated with polymer substances or particles of a non-porous filler are added into the geopolymer composite in the precursor state. The metallic layer on the casting surface is made by a method from the group of methods that include vacuum deposition, vacuum sputtering, galvanization, cold metal spraying, dip coating in melted metal, plasma spraying of melted metal, deposition of metal from metal salt solution or colloid solution or sintering of powder metal.
