Method for post-treating and a post-treatment system
A method for post-treating a three-dimensional object produced by selectively solidifying, layer by layer, of a building material in powder form and/or post-treating unsolidified building material in which the three-dimensional object is embedded. The three-dimensional object and/or the unsolidified building material may be treated with a liquid. The liquid may comprises a liquid carrier substance and at least one further substance that reduces surface tension of the carrier substance.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESSURE CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR THE PRESSURE CONTAINER
A method for manufacturing a pressure container includes thermally curing a thermosetting resin with which a fiber-reinforced base material is impregnated. The thermally curing step includes thermally curing the thermosetting resin by heat exchange with a fluid supplied to an inside of a liner; and thermally curing the thermosetting resin by heating from an outer surface side of the fiber-reinforced base material. A temperature of the fluid supplied to the inside of the liner is higher than a temperature of the helating from the outer surface side of the fiber-reinforced base material so that the thermosetting resin is thermally cured from an inner surface side of the fiber-reinforced base material adjacent to the liner before the outer surface side of the fiber-reinforced base material.

The object of the invention is also a print head assembly.
Fluid channel
A fluid channel of a container processing system for processing containers, such as bottles, is described, the container processing system comprising a blow molding machine and a container processing machine arranged downstream of the blow molding machine in the process direction. The fluid channel is arranged downstream of the blow molding machine and upstream of the downstream container treatment machine in the process direction and comprises at least one component, through which the fluid can flow and which comprises at least one outlet opening through which the fluid can escape from the fluid channel in the direction of a bottom of a container transported in the process direction. The component is produced by a generative manufacturing method.
COOLING METHOD FOR AUTOCLAVE MOLDING APPARATUS
A cooling method is for a steam heating type autoclave molding apparatus. The autoclave molding apparatus includes: a cylindrical vessel in which a vacuum bag containing a composite material composed of a fibrous base material and a matrix and a molding tool is to be placed; a steam supply unit configured to supply steam at a predetermined temperature into the cylindrical vessel; a steam release unit configured to release the steam used for molding the composite material from the cylindrical vessel; and a cooling water supply unit configured to supply cooling water for cooling the molded composite material. The cooling method includes: releasing the steam through the steam release unit to cool the molded composite material; and then spraying the cooling water supplied from the cooling water supply unit to cool the molded composite material.
RAPID HEAT CYCLE MOLDING
A method for rapid heat cycle compression molding comprises placing an assemblage of feed constituents in a mold, placing the mold between two hot platens of a hot press, heating the mold by pressing the two hot platens against the mold, placing the mold between two cold platens of a cold press, cooling the mold by pressing the two cold platens against the mold, and ejecting the part from the mold.
Active cooling system for manufacturing composite structures
A composite manufacturing system is provided. The composite manufacturing system comprises a fiber placement head, a compaction roller associated with the fiber placement head, and a temperature regulation system associated with the compaction roller. The temperature regulation system is configured to actively control a temperature of the compaction roller. The temperature regulation system comprises a number of temperature sensors, a cooling system, and a controller. The number of temperature sensors are configured to detect the temperature of the compaction roller. The cooling system is associated with the compaction roller and is configured to cool the compaction roller. The controller is in communication with the number of temperature sensors and the cooling system. The controller is configured to cool the compaction roller such that the temperature is below a threshold temperature.
Two-phase cooling in vascular composites using a pumped fluid loop
A method to improve thermal performance of vascular composites by using a two-phase working fluid for isothermalization includes the steps of: manufacturing a vascular composite structure optimized for a design point; manufacturing a thermal back end sized for the application; integrating the vascular composite into a fluid loop; and evacuating and filling the fluid loop with working fluid to an amount resulting in two-phase operation at the design point.
Liquid cooling for pellet extruder in a fused deposition modeling system
In the context of a system that uses a pellet-type extruder head to form solid objects by moving the extruder relative to a build surface while melting and extruding pellets of raw material, systems and methods are provided which comprise cooling at least a portion of a pathway by which pellets of raw material are conveyed to a rotating extruder lead screw of the extruder head.
MOLDED BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention addressed the problem of providing a molded body which has a high performance of reducing energy caused by the application of a load, and which is obtained from a fiber-reinforced resin containing reinforcing fibers arranged while aligned in one direction. To solve the problem, the present invention relates to a molded body, including a reinforced layer formed by layering fiber-reinforced resin layers containing a plurality of reinforcing fibers arranged while aligned in one direction and a matrix resin impregnated with the reinforcing fibers. In the molded body, the reinforced layer has a plurality of alignment shifted layers, which are fiber-reinforced resin layers in which the shift angle, i.e., the angle formed by the reinforcing fibers with respect to the longitudinal direction of the reinforced layer, is 25° to 65° or −65° to −25°.
