METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY INJECTING MONOMER FOR OPTICAL MATERIAL INTO MOLD
In the present invention, sealing tape is wrapped around the outer circumferential surface of an introduced mold, and a monomer solution is injected into a cavity formed therein, wherein the injection amount of the monomer solution can be precisely controlled by using a vision recognition system. According to a preferable embodiment, a monomer solution of a monomer solution tank is suctioned, in advance, into a syringe capable of adjusting a capacity corresponding to a mold; most of the monomer solution, which has been injected into the syringe, is firstly injected into the mold at a high injection flow rate or injection speed; while the residual amount of the monomer solution is secondly injected at a reduced injection flow rate or injection speed, it is finally confirmed, by using a vision recognition system, whether the monomer solution is filled in the mold; and then injection is finished.
System for casting a component by an adjustable molding box
The present invention relates to a system for casting a component by an adjustable molding box. A generating unit serves for generating a component model of the component to be molded, a transmitting unit serves for transmitting the component model via a data network to a determining unit, and the determining unit serves for determining a casting mold model based on the component model. The determining unit is configured such that adjustment data for adjusting the adjustable molding box based on the casting mold model are generatable. A control unit is coupled to the determining unit such that the adjustment data are providable to the control unit, wherein the control unit is configured such that the control unit adjusts the molding box, based on the adjustment data, with a casting mold, which is indicative for a negative profile of the component, and the component is castable by the adjusted molding box.

METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR CASTING OPTICAL POLYMER FILMS
In an example method of forming an optical film for an eyepiece, a curable material is dispensed into a space between a first and a second mold surface. A position of the first mold surface relative to the second mold surface is measured using a plurality of sensors. Each sensor measures a respective relative distance along a respective measurement axis between a respective point on a planar portion of the first mold surface and a respective point on a planar portion of the second mold surface. The measurement axes are parallel to each other, and the points define corresponding triangles on the first and second mold surfaces, respectively. The position of the first mold surface is adjusted relative to the second mold surface based on the measured position, and the curable material is cured to form the optical film.

AUTOMATIC POURING DEVICE AND POURING METHOD FOR LENS MONOMER
The present invention provides an automatic casting device for a lens monomer and a process thereof. When the lens monomer within a mold cavity reaches a liquid level monitoring point P, the cavity is exactly 50% filled with the lens monomer. The remaining of the casting process will be precisely controlled based on the obtained data from the past process to ensure an exact 100% monomer filling into the cavity.
