Roller Bearing Seal Case
In one aspect, a seal case is provided for a roller bearing assembly having a central axis. The seal case includes an annular first end section including a rim configured to engage an outer ring, an intermediate section including a radial wall extending inwardly from the first end section and an axial wall extending axially away from the radial wall and the first end section, and an annular second end section extending radially inward from the axial wall of the intermediate section. The seal case further includes an insert of the first end section made of a first material. The first end section and the radial wall of the intermediate section include a second material joined to the insert. The first material of the insert may be selected to provide improved durability and/or to resist expansion and contraction of the first end section caused by changes in temperature.
CONVEYING APPARATUS, RESIN MOLDING APPARATUS, CONVEYING METHOD, AND RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a conveyance device with which a subject to be molded can be positioned relative to a forming die. This conveyance device conveys a subject to be molded to one die from among forming dies to which a resin material is supplied from a resin injection part and comprises a retaining unit which retains and delivers the subject to be molded to the one die, a first movement mechanism which moves the subject to be molded having been delivered to the one die in a first direction toward the resin injection part, and a second movement mechanism which moves the subject to be molded having been delivered to the one die in a second direction differing from the first direction.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A LIGHT-EMITTING APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a light-emitting apparatus, comprising carrying out a first injection molding process around each of a plurality of light sources disposed on a circuit board to form a lens holder surrounding the light source; and disposing a lens in the lens holder to form the light-emitting apparatus capable of emitting light when the circuit board is energized. In accordance with the method of the present disclosure, installation accuracy and precision of lenses can be effectively ensured, and requirements on thickness and hardness of a circuit board can be reduced.
MOLD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF SPORTING HELMETS, IN PARTICULAR CYCLING HELMETS AND RELATIVE PROCESS FOR MOLDING SUCH SPORTING HELMETS
A mold and a relative molding process for the manufacture of sporting helmets, in particular cycling helmets. The mold includes a frame provided with at least one molding concavity; a counter frame engageable to the frame to hermetically close the respective molding concavity and allow the execution of at least one molding cycle. The mold further includes at least one intermediate support element for supporting and positioning one or more components of the sporting helmet to be manufactured inside the respective molding concavity of the frame. The intermediate support element is kept inside the respective molding concavity during the entire molding cycle in order to keep the components of the sporting helmet to be manufactured in their assigned positions.
MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED ARTICLE
In a first step, a circuit sheet is set such that a first region of a second main surface of the circuit sheet is in contact with a plateau portion of a first mold and a second region is not in contact with the first mold. In the first step, a first fixed portion of the circuit sheet is arranged on a first portion of the first mold, and a second fixed portion is arranged on a second portion of the first mold. The first portion is a portion that is higher than the plateau portion and runs along at least one of a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion provided along the plateau portion. The second portion is a portion where the first protruding portion or the second protruding portion is not provided along the plateau portion.
OVERMOLDING DEVICE HAVING A TURNTABLE AND A CLOSING SIDE DIVIDED INTO THREE PARTS
In order to increase the degree of automation, an overmolding device for processing profiles, having a turntable with a worktable device that is movable in rotation about an axis of rotation in a rotation plane and has at least two processing areas, is proposed, wherein the processing areas each comprise a central plate, wherein the central plate is attached to and/or mounted on the worktable via a central-plate receptacle, wherein the turntable comprises an upper and a lower mold, which are decoupled from the rotation of the worktable device and which are arranged opposite one another with regard to the rotation plane, and wherein the upper and lower mold are movable such that, together with the central plate, they form a mold receiving the profile, and the central-plate receptacle (5) forms the fixed closing side and the upper and lower molds form the movable closing side.
Method for producing a composite of a bipolar plate and a membrane electrode assembly with the aid of a magnetic fixing
In order to provide a method for producing a composite of a bipolar plate and an MEA, the following is proposed: arranging the bipolar plate in a tool, which has a ferromagnetic or magnetic element, which partially forms the contact surface for the bipolar plate and is designed to be removable from the tool, arranging a membrane electrode assembly on the bipolar plate, arranging a second ferromagnetic or magnetic element on the membrane electrode assembly, removing the membrane electrode assembly and bipolar plate fixed to one another by the two ferromagnetic or magnetic elements, inserting the bipolar plate fixed to the membrane electrode assembly into a second tool, injecting a melt of a polymeric sealing material into the at least one mold cavity of the tool, allowing the melt to solidify, and demolding and removing the composite or the composites. In addition, a composite and a fuel cell stack are disclosed.
Molded article manufacturing method, molded article, and molded article manufacturing apparatus
An insert member (100) heated by a heating device (13) is conveyed, by means of a conveyance device (12), into a mold (51). Next, shaping is performed on the insert member (100) inside the mold (51), with the mold (51) being open by a minute distance. A molding material (91) is injected into the mold (51) and pressed while closing the mold (51) which has been open by the minute distance to thereby mold a molded article (80) including the insert member (100).
Insert-molded article and method for producing the same
