METHOD FOR THE FURTHER PROCESSING OF A PREFABRICATED PRODUCT, AND ASSOCIATED PREFABRICATED PRODUCT
In a method for the further processing of a product (30) that is preferably prefabricated in large numbers, the product has a surface (31) for an additive multi-dimensional application of material. Information for the additive multi-dimensional application of material is input into a device in which the multi-dimensional application of material is digitised from this information and is deconstructed into elements that are suitable for the additive application of the application of material to the surface (31). The prefabricated product (30) is introduced into a device (I) for additive application of the material application such that the elements for the additive multi-dimensional application of material on the surface (31) are assembled in accordance with the information using an additive manufacturing method. Because the surface is an individualising surface (31) of the prefabricated product, and because the additive application of material is a multi-dimensional individualisation that is intended and suitable for individualising the product, and because at least one of the prefabricated products is identified by the information and is provided individually with the multi-dimensional individualisation (32), a method is provided by which products that are prefabricated in relatively large numbers can be further processed, individualised or personalised to meet individual demands. The prefabricated product (30) is equipped with an associated information carrier for receiving the information for individualisation that supports the method sequence.
CASING COMPONENT, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, AND CASING COMPONENT PRODUCTION METHOD
A casing component according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a to-be-decorated area and a decoration portion. The to-be-decorated area includes a plurality of to-be-decorated surfaces to be decorated, the plurality of to-be-decorated surfaces being formed such that adjacent to-be-decorated surfaces have different heights. The decoration portion includes a metal layer formed in each of the plurality of to-be-decorated surfaces.
Mobile terminal case and method of manufacturing the same
A mobile terminal case and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The mobile terminal case includes a three-dimensional curved body or plane shape having a circumferential edge lower than its center and formed from a fiber reinforced composite material; and a gradation paint layer formed at an outer surface of the body formed from fiber reinforced composite material.
Serving Tray Incorporating Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Methods for Manufacturing the Same
A serving tray comprised of at least one synthetic material and an insert which provides a non-slip top surface of the serving tray. The textured relief is preferably made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which allows a glass or other item to be placed on the serving tray without the item sliding or slipping while the tray is in motion. The tray may be fabricated through a compression or an injection molding technique. As the tray is being fabricated, the TPU is mechanically bonded with the top surface of the tray while a textured relief is simultaneously defined into the top surface. The textured relief includes a plurality of protrusions and a corresponding plurality of indentations which provide adequate frictional force to the item being placed on the tray so as to substantially prevent its lateral movement.
INJECTION-MOLDED PART AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE INJECTION-MOLDED PART
An injection-moulded piece that has a plastic base layer, a transparent or translucent cover layer, and a layer containing individual decorative elements located between the base and cover layers. The decorative elements are at least partly embedded both in the cover layer and in the base layer. The method for producing the injection-moulded piece, wherein decorative elements are placed on a sticky cover layer and a base layer is applied to the decorative elements by injection moulding. The individual decorative elements are applied to the sticky surface of the cover layer, by a random process, and if required, a second cover layer is applied, the decorative elements are at least partly embedded in the cover layer, waiting for the cover layer to dry, and a base layer is applied to the decorative elements by injection moulding so that the base layer embeds the remaining part of the decorative elements.
DECORATIVE MOLDED BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A decorative molded body (1) comprises: a transparent layer (10) having an exposed surface (11) and an uneven back surface (12) on an opposite side of the exposed surface (11); a molded layer (50) disposed to face the back surface (12) of the transparent layer (10); a decorative film (30) formed in a predetermined contour shape, disposed to be sandwiched between the back surface (12) of the transparent layer (10) and the molded layer (50), and formed to follow an unevenness of the back surface (12) of the transparent layer (10), the decorative film (30) being visible through the transparent layer (10) from the exposed surface (11) of the transparent layer (10); and a sealing member (60) disposed in a periphery shape on an outer periphery side of the decorative film (30) and burying an outer periphery edge of the decorative film (30).
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE MOLDED BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PROCESSED PRODUCT USING DECORATIVE MOLDED BODY
The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a decorative molded body and a method for manufacturing a processed product using the decorative molded body. The method for manufacturing the decorative molded body includes: a film preparation step of molding a decorative film in a planar shape; a molding preparation step of, in a mold, disposing a transparent layer as an insert and disposing the decorative film of the planar shape; and a film forming step of, while supplying in the mold a material of a molded layer and molding the molded layer, forming the decorative film to follow an unevenness of a back surface of the transparent layer.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DECORATIVE PART AND DECORATIVE PART PRODUCIBLE BY THIS METHOD
A method for producing a decorative part which comprises a visible side with a decorative layer and a mounting side with a substrate layer, wherein a polysilazane-containing composition is applied to the visible side of the decorative layer to form a cover layer and is subsequently cured. Also, a decorative part producible by the method.
GOLF BALL MANUFACTURING METHOD
A golf ball manufacturing method includes an inner layer molding step of molding an inner layer that includes an outer surface with a recess, an inner film formation step, after the inner layer molding step, of coating the outer surface of the inner layer with inner film paint to form an inner film, an inner film removal step, after the inner film formation step, of removing the inner film except for a portion thereof covering a surface of the recess to obtain an inner ball that includes the inner layer and the inner film, and a cover layer molding step, after the inner film removal step, of molding a cover layer that includes an outer surface with dimples on an outer circumferential side of the inner ball to obtain a golf ball.
