Movable platen support apparatus, movable platen, mold opening/closing apparatus and molding apparatus
The present invention provides a movable platen support apparatus which, with a linear guide having a minimum necessary load rating, can secure a sufficient traveling life of the linear guide and, in addition, can secure the rigidity of the linear guide which is necessary and sufficient taking into consideration a moment that acts on a movable platen. A movable platen support apparatus 40 according to the present invention includes a guide mechanism which movably engages a rail 41 extending on a frame 11 in the direction of movement of a movable platen 16, to which a movable mold 19 is to be mounted, and which movably supports the movable platen 16. The guide mechanism includes a linear guide 42 composed of blocks 42a to 42d arranged in a line, in which at least one of the blocks 42a to 42d, e.g. the blocks 42b, 42c, has a load rating which differs from the load rating(s) of the other block(s), e.g. the blocks 42a, 42d.
MOLD-CLAMPING MACHINE
A mold-clamping machine includes a pressure receiving mount, a turn table mounted on the pressure receiving mount so as to be freely turnable, a movable mount placed at a position higher than the turn table, tie bars attached to and extending downwardly from the movable mount, and which pass completely through the pressure receiving mount and a traction mount. The mold-clamping machine clamps a metal mold by moving down the traction mount with reference to the pressure receiving mount. Each of the tie bars is freely movable up and down by each of first to third cylindrical guides provided at the pressure receiving mount. The second cylindrical guide and the third cylindrical guide each include a rectangular flange portion fastened to the pressure receiving mount, and respective attachment attitudes of the second cylindrical guide and the third cylindrical guide are adjustable.
Mold movement control mechanism and mold having the same
The present invention provides a mold movement control mechanism which is suitable for being assembled in mold to drive the plates of the mold to move. The mold movement control mechanism has a rotatable engaging member and two moving members. In one predetermined travel section, the engaging member is kept unable to rotate. The moving members are then engaged and moved together by the engaging member. After the moving members and the engaging member are moved across the predetermined travel section, the engaging member become rotatable, and the moving members are moved independently. Thus, the mold movement control mechanism can control the positions and travel paths of the moving members without spring. Manufacturing tolerance and maintenance cost could be both lowered.
IN-MOLD ASSEMBLY SYSTEM FOR AN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A method for injection molding comprises forming a set of first articles in a mold of an injection molding machine and forming a set of second articles in the mold of the injection molding machine. The method includes transferring the set of first articles from the mold to a first set of first receivers of a tooling plate, and then moving the first set of first receivers to align with the set of second articles. Thereafter the set of second articles is transferred from the mold toward the first set of first receivers and into assembled condition with the set of first articles held in the first set of first receivers.
Injection molding machine
An injection molding machine according to the present invention includes a base mounted on a mounting surface with a support interposed therebetween with a distance D1 and a distance D2 to the mounting surface, a plurality of measurement units attached to the base so as to measure distances respectively to the mounting surface, and a horizontal degree calculation unit for calculating a horizontal degree of the base on a basis of the distances measured by the plurality of measurement units.
Injection molding machine
An injection molding machine includes a sub injection device configured to inject molten resin into a mold of a clamping device along a direction perpendicular to an opening/closing direction of the mold, a sub machine base configured to support the sub injection device, and a coupling unit provided on a main machine base configured to support a main injection device and the clamping device and couple the main machine base and the sub machine base together. The coupling unit includes a base provided on the main machine base, two fixed blocks fixed to the base, a guide bar bridged in parallel to the opening/closing direction of the mold by the two fixed blocks, and a movable block slidably fitted onto the guide bar. The movable block is connected to the sub machine base.
MACHINE BASE FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A machine base for an injection molding machine is equipped with an upper frame supporting at least a mold clamping device of the injection molding machine from below, two lower frames supporting the upper frame from below in a state of being in contact with a bottom surface of the upper frame, and a plurality of height adjusting mounts respectively attached to bottom surfaces of the two lower frames and configured to adjust the height of the injection molding machine.
COLUMN-FREE CLOSING UNIT FOR AN INJECTION-MOULDING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a column-free closing unit for an injection-moulding apparatus, wherein a fixed platen (5) is provided, and this platen is arranged on a first wing (3), wherein the fixed platen (5) is fixed to the first wing (3) at a fastening region (9), wherein a closing device (6) is provided, and this closing device acts on a second wing (4) and is connected to a movable platen (7), wherein the closing device (6) is designed to exert a pressing force in the direction of the fixed platen (5), wherein the fixed platen (5) is supported beneath the fastening region (9) via a supporting device, wherein the supporting device comprises a connecting bar (10), which run substantially orthogonally in relation to the longitudinal axis (8) of the machine, wherein the supporting device comprises at least one spring bar (11), wherein the spring bar (11) is designed to transmit the pressing force from the fixed platen (5) to the connecting bar (10), wherein the spring bar (11) runs substantially orthogonally in relation to the longitudinal axis (8) of the machine and in relation to the connecting bar (10).
