PREPARATION METHOD FOR THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE MICRO AIR BAG ELASTOMER MATERIAL

A method for preparing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material with micro air holes is provided. The method comprises the following steps: (1) is feeding liquid raw materials such as diisocyanate molecules and solid additives into a double-screw reactor to trigger a polymerization type chain extension reaction and then obtain a macromolecular weight hot melt. (2) is pushing the macromolecular weight hot melt into a mixing extruder and allowing the reaction to continue to obtain a macromolecular thermoplastic polyurethane melt. (3) is continuously adding the obtained macromolecular thermoplastic polyurethane melt together with polymer particles into a foaming extruder, and extruding the high-pressure hot melt from a mold head into an underwater granulation chamber. (4) is delivering the particles obtained after granulation into a separator by process water via a multi-stage pressure-release process water pipeline, separating, screening and drying the required particles to obtain the target product.

THERMOPLASTIC MICRO-SAC POLYMER ELASTOMER MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material with micro air holes and preparation thereof are provided. The formula of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material with micro air holes comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 0.1-97% of support polymer material, 0.1-97% of pressure-resistant slow-rebound polymer material, 0.01-0.5% of nucleator and 0.1-10% of foaming agent. The support polymer material is a polymer material with a high molecular weight, high hardness, high crystallization or high polarity. The pressure-resistant slow-rebound polymer material is a polymer material with a low molecular weight, low hardness, crystallization as low as to amorphous state or low polarity/no polarity, corresponding to the support polymer material.

Method of making flat foam sheet comprising recycled pet and the product resulting therefrom

A method of making multilayer foam sheet from recycled polyester sources, which may be used for packaging applications. The method comprises a co-extrusion system comprising at least two single screw extruders. A low I.V. polyester feedstock comprising up to 100% of the polyester flakes from recycled sources with an intrinsic viscosity (I.V.) of lower than 0.8 dL/g as measured by ASTM D4603-18 is directly being fed into the extruders. Supercritical physical blowing agent is introduced into the melted polyester feedstock in at least one of the extruders wherein the processing temperature is in the range of 15% lower than the melting temperature and 15% higher than the melting temperature. Then, coextruding the feedstock from the extruders of the co-extrusion system through a flat sheet die to make a multilayer foam sheet, wherein at least one layer is a foam layer comprising low I.V. polyester.

RESIN EXPANDED SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN EXPANDED MOLDED ARTICLE

In outer shape processing of a resin expanded sheet having a resin expanded layer including a polyamide-based resin composition, the outer shape processing is carried out while allowing a specified amount or more of moisture to be contained in the resin expanded layer.
