RISER VALVE MANIFOLD
20190293194 · 2019-09-26 ·

A ball valve for controlling the flow of water to a drip hose is provided. The ball valve includes a manifold including a manifold inlet configured to attach to a riser hose, and one or more valves integrated with the manifold. One or more outlet fittings are attached to each valve adjacent to each valve outlet.

Irrigation implement

An irrigation implement including a member having a first end and a second end, the first and second ends both being positioned along a longitudinal axis of the member. The first end being open and the second end including a pinched seal. The member further defines an opening disposed toward the second end, and being configured to enable an irrigation tube to be attached to the opening such that the opening is sealed by the irrigation tube.

Elastomeric emitter and methods relating to same

An irrigation drip emitter, and methods relating to same, are provided for delivering irrigation water from a supply tube to an emitter outlet at a reduced and relatively constant flow rate. The emitter having at least one moveable member for compensating for fluctuations in supply line fluid pressure. In one form the emitter further includes a root growth inhibiting member for hindering roots from obstructing fluid flow through the emitter. In another form, the emitter includes an inlet protrusion so that fluid entering the emitter comes from a position closer to the central or center portion of the conduit in order to avoid larger obstructions that may be located near the periphery of the conduit. In another form, the emitter includes a carrier for assisting in mounting the emitter into conduit. In another form, more than one of the above features are present.

EMITTER AND DRIP IRRIGATION TUBE

This emitter (120) comprises: a first flow rate adjustment unit which adjusts the flow rate of an irrigation liquid according to the deformation of a first diaphragm (160); and a second flow rate adjustment unit which adjusts the amount of irrigation liquid ejected (discharged) from the emitter (120) according to the deformation of a second diaphragm (170). The first diaphragm (160) has a projection spaced apart by a space from a hole which is a flow path for the irrigation liquid. The projection has an inverted truncated cone shape and is formed so that the space widens as the projection goes into the hole.

Manual Flush Drip Emitter

There is provided an on-line manual flush drip emitter. The emitter uses a diaphragm to provide pressure compensation. A plunger runs through an outlet of the emitter and is connected to the diaphragm. The plunger may be manually forced to push against the diaphragm to disengage it from a pressure compensating tortuous path and allow the water to flush debris from the tortuous path, and ultimately exit the emitter to the outside environment.

Drip Emitter With Check Valve

There is provided an online drip emitter that includes a check valve. The emitter uses a first diaphragm in the check valve and a second diaphragm spaced from the first diaphragm to provide pressure compensation. The second diaphragm communicates with a tortuous path and an outlet to regulate water emitting from the emitter depending on the supply pressure.

Debris Tolerant Drip Emitter

There is provided a drip emitter for providing low flow irrigation. The drip emitter includes a mixing chamber system to maintain flow of debris with the fluid flowing through the emitter. The chamber system includes an inner and outer chamber. Both chambers receiving reduced pressure fluid compared to the conduit providing the fluid for the drip emitter. The outer chamber is supplied with greater reduced pressure fluid as compared to the fluid supplied to the inner chamber. A first check valve controls discharge of fluid for irrigation, and a second check valve controls the flow between the first and second chambers. The first and second chambers expand and contract in response to the operation of the check valves to provide the mixing of the debris with the fluid flowing through the emitter.

Subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) lines enhanced with essential oils

A subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) pipe including a polymer water conduit with drippers spaced along a length of its wall and one or more essential oils (EO) adsorbed to a nanoclay (NC)/polymer structure so that EO is delivered to soil surrounding the SDI pipe.

Self-sealing dripper apparatus

A self-sealing dripper apparatus for controlling liquid flow from a main irrigation pipe is provided. The dripper apparatus comprises a dripper base having an attachment end and an open end with the attachment end capable of being releasably connected to the liquid carrying pipe and the attachment end fluidly connected to the open end. A hollow piston casing is provided having a first open end and a second open end with the first open end positionable over the open end of the dripper base. A piston is slidably movable within the piston casing with the piston having a first end and a second end. Upon fluid flowing from the main irrigation pipe, the fluid forces the second end of the piston against the second open end of the piston casing thereby sealing the second open end of the piston casing. Upon overcoming the force of the fluid flowing from the main irrigation pipe, the second end of the piston separates from the second open end of the piston housing allowing fluid to flow through the second open end of the piston casing.

An emitter that is arranged on an inner wall surface of a tube through which an irrigation liquid flows, the emitter being arranged at a position that corresponds to a discharge opening that communicates between the inside and outside of the tube. The emitter is for quantitatively discharging from the discharge opening the irrigation liquid inside the tube and has: a water intake part that is for taking in the irrigation liquid; a discharge part that is for discharging the irrigation liquid; and a flow path that connects the water intake part and the discharge part and through which the irrigation liquid flows. Further, an inner wall surface of the flow path is constituted by a composition that includes an antimicrobial agent and includes a resin or rubber.
