Resin-molded articles, to which such advantages as strength, rigidness and light weight are secured thanks to kneading with fibers, and which has excellent surface characteristics such as smoothness of the surface and beauty in the appearance, and resistance against weather, ultraviolet rays and light are provided.
The resin-molded article 10 is structured by sticking a resin surface skin member 3 provided with an adhering layer 2 to a molded fibrous base member 1 comprising any of carbon fibers, glass fibers and the complex thereof, and the resin-molded article is manufactured according to the following steps, specifically a step of placing a molded member comprising mixture of fibers and resin on a tray 23, a step to arrange a resin surface skin member provided with an adhering layer onto the molded member such that the adhering layer of the resin surface skin member is directed downward, a step to render the surroundings of the molded member and the resin surface skin member in a negatively-pressurized condition and to concurrently heat the resin surface skin member to raise the tray so that the molded member is closely contacted to the softened resin surface skin member, a step to render the upper part of the tray in a pressurized condition, a step to release the pressure applied to surrounding of the tray and a step to remove the molded base covered with the resin surface skin member.
Filter and method
An example filter can include a pleated filter element and a preformed filter mounting element for mounting of the filter to a face piece or respirator. The filter can further include an air impermeable seal extending around a periphery of the filter, the air impermeable seal including and bonded by melted plastic material of the pleated filter element and melted plastic material of the preformed filter mounting element.
Undergarment receiving a thin intermediate bonding layer between two textiles prior to thermoforming
A process for manufacturing an undergarment having two superimposed textiles, comprising depositing on certain parts of reinforcements (8) comprising a thick layer of a shaped memory foam elastic material, the polymerization of this material and also the shaping of the textiles of the undergarment by thermoforming, characterized in that it comprises a step of depositing, on the entire surface of at least the textiles, a thin layer of an elastic adhesive-bonding material, and then a step of polymerizing this thin layer of adhesive bonding during the thermoforming for shaping, and in that it comprises a step of prior depositing, on the textile receiving the layer of reinforcement (8), of a barrier layer of an elastic material, which is polymerized before the depositing of this reinforcement.
PROTECTIVE GLOVE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention provides a protective glove which improves protection and wearability by integrating protective members using features of thermosetting material and thermoplastic material. The protective glove comprises: a body 10 into which a back of hand, a palm and fingers of a wearer are inserted; a first protective member 20 made from thermosetting material, which is formed to protect a predetermined portion of the wearer's hand and exposed to outside and which is integrally attached to an outer surface of the body 10; and a second protective member 30 made from thermoplastic material, which is formed to protect a predetermined portion of the wearer's hand and is integrated with the first protective member 20, and which is attached to the outer surface of the body 10.
Apparatus for thermoforming plastic containers
An apparatus for thermoforming plastic containers comprising a pickup station (24), a feeder (25) for feeding flat sheets (8) of thermoformable plastic material to the pickup station (24), at least one thermoforming device (3), and a transferring device (26) for transferring the flat sheets (8) from the pickup station (24) to the thermoforming device (3), the feeder (25) comprising at least one support (50) for a reel (51) of a web (52) of thermoformable plastic material, unwinding means (53) for unwinding the reel (51) of web (52) which are designed, in use, to feed the web (52) along a sliding path extending from the at least one support (50) to the pickup station (24), and a cutting device (54) for cutting the web (52), positioned along the sliding path, for dividing the web (52) into a plurality of pieces each of which corresponds to a flat sheet (8) to be fed to the pickup station (24).
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING LAYERED WORKPIECE
A method for forming a layered workpiece includes a transfer step of attaching a sheet material 44 to a second mold 30 to transfer a pattern to the sheet material 44. A first mold 20 is provided with a sucking hole 22 penetrating the first mold 20 to open at a portion that comes into contact with a workpiece body 42, a second sucking device 52 that sucks the workpiece body 42 is connected to the sucking hole 22, a hole is created, before or during sucking by the second sucking device 52, at a place on the sheet material 44 in a non-bonded region X to moderate sucking by the second sucking device 52 so that the sheet material 44 does not attach to the non-bonded region X of the workpiece body 42.
Apparatuses and methods for producing containers
The apparatus includes an operating unit, which can be a welding unit for welding a closing film to an edge zone of a containing element or a separating unit for separating containing elements from portions of sheet material. The apparatus includes a control unit programmed to enable the operating unit to selectively process a continuous strip of containing elements or discrete groups of containing elements.

Systems and methods for interleaving material in printed rolled substrate materials to prevent offset
A system and method are provided for implementing a process by which printed rolls of substrate material web have additional material layers interleaved between the rolled material web layers to substantially eliminate back transfer or roll offset of printed images on the back sides of the rolled material substrates. In a process for pre-printing thermoforming grade plastic materials to produce rolls of substrate material for use in a thermoforming process, ink compositions, particularly adapted for the thermoforming process, are deposited on substantially continuous webs of substrate material. The webs of substrate material are then re-rolled with separate layers of low surface energy substrate material interleaved between the layers of the printed substrate material in order to substantially eliminate imaging defects produced by back transfer of printed images on to the backs of layers of the printed substrate material stored in rolls.
