MEDICAL DEVICE
A medical device includes: a medicinal agent storage device connected to the catheter, a flow control device, and a package. The medicinal agent storage device includes a storage part and a second channel, the storage part is configured to store a medicinal agent, and wherein the second channel provides fluid communication between the storage part and the first channel. The package encloses the catheter, the medicinal agent storage device, and the flow control device in a sterilized state. In a first state, the flow control device is configured to prevent the medicinal agent from flowing from the storage part into the first channel. The flow control device is included in the catheter or included in the medicinal agent storage device.

Sterilization pouch
The invention provides a sterilizable pouch having at least one wall formed of a flexible film and including an opening formed therein for providing communication to an interior space of the package. A breathable material is disposed on an outer surface of the wall covering the opening. The breathable material is joined to the outer surface of the wall with a continuous heat seal. The flexible film forming the wall comprises a multilayer film having a peel feature that permits the breathable material to be peelably removed from the surface of the pouch.
URINARY CATHETER ASSEMBLY
A urinary catheter assembly comprises a urinary catheter having a proximal part with an insertion tip, a distal part and a tubular shaft extending there between. A package having at least a first compartment with an opening is provided to enclose the proximal part and at least a part of the tubular shaft therein in a curved or curled state during storage. A protective sleeve arrangement is arranged around the distal part of the urinary catheter, a distal end of the protective sleeve arrangement being connected to the urinary catheter, at or in the vicinity of a distal end thereof. The protective sleeve arrangement comprises at least two sleeves being telescopically displaceable in relation to each other, wherein the protective sleeve arrangement is transformable between a retracted position and an extended position.
