DEVICE FOR EXTENDING A FILM AND FOR WELDING THE FILM TO A CONNECTION PART HAVING AN AXIAL DIRECTION, AND METHOD, PRODUCTION METHOD, SYSTEM, AND BAG
The invention relates to a device for welding a connection region of a film to a connection part having an axial direction. In the case of conventional devices, there is the risk of steep workpiece edges causing uncontrolled weak spots in the film and in the weld seam. According to the invention, the film is extended in a controlled manner such that the film has a length reserve. The film is extended in such a way that the film has a deformation cross-section that runs out such that the deformation is not visible on the final product. In this connection, the invention further relates to a use of a film, to a method for welding, to a method for producing bags, to a system for producing bags, and to a bag.
Connector and method of manufacturing the same
A connector is formed by fixing two or more connector parts each made from a resin to each other by press fitting or with an adhesive. At least one weld part regulating thermal deformation between the connector parts is formed in a boundary portion between the adjoining connector parts.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ACOUSTIC PANEL BY WELDING
A method for manufacturing an acoustic panel by welding of at least two acoustic components made of thermoplastic material, a thermal gradient being applied on the acoustic components during the welding operation so as to apply a temperature higher than the glass transition or melting temperature of the material on the area to be welded and so as to apply a temperature lower than or equal to the geometric stabilization temperature of the material on the parts furthest from the area to be welded.
Air cushion inflation machine
An exemplary air cushion inflation machine includes: a first terminal connected to a direct current input; a second terminal; a reference resistor powered by the direct current input; an op-amp; and a transistor. The first terminal of the op-amp is connected to a variable voltage source and the second terminal of the op-amp is connected to the reference resistor. The transistor has a base connected to an output of the op-amp, an emitter connected to the reference resistor, and a collector connected to a first terminal of a sealing band apparatus having first and second terminals. A meltable material placed between the first and second terminals is melted by resistance of current flowing between the first and second terminals. The variable voltage source changes voltage based on a voltage drop measured across the first and second terminals by a voltage measurement device and the constant current.
FIXING OBJECT, FIXATION ITEM, FIXING METHOD, AND ASSESSMENT METHOD
To improve the visual probability of the quality of a fixed state of a fixing object fixed to a fixation item, the fixing object includes the supporting part having a hole and a groove formed in proximity to the hole. The groove is provided with a one-way open part, opened in a surface of the supporting part in which one exit of the hole is located and not opened in a surface of the supporting part in which the other exit of the hole is located, and the distance from the center of gravity of the hole to the portion of the groove that is farthest from the center of gravity of the hole is greater than the distance from the center of gravity to a side-surface portion in the hole that is closest to the groove without touching the groove.
ADHESIVE SHEET MATERIAL APPLICATION SQUEEGEE
Adhesive sheet material application squeegees are disclosed.
Welding apparatus and welding method
A compact pressing body with a pressing surface smaller in area than a welding range welds together sheet-like members over the whole area of the welding range by pressing the sheet-like members being reliably moved in a direction substantially orthogonal to a pressing direction of the pressing body.
Adhesive sheet material application arc squeegee and method
A method of using an adhesive sheet material application squeegee and method of applying an adhesive sheet material are disclosed. The method includes securing a portion of adhesive sheet material to a surface and applying the adhesive sheet material to the surface with the adhesive sheet material application squeegee.
Method and device for thermocompression bonding
There are provided a method and device for thermocompression bonding of possibly preventing any warping of a resin member to be caused by thermocompression bonding, and of possibly reducing the time to be taken for processing. The method for thermocompression bonding, includes: preheating a resin member using an infrared radiation section; and subjecting the resin member to thermocompression bonding using a heating section and a pressurization section.
