The method can also include setting a first anchor point about 0 mm to about 10 mm below the lower eye region bound, and setting a second anchor point about 0 mm to about 10 mm above the upper eye region bound; and defining at least one eye opening for a face mask having first edge that intersects the first anchor point and a second edge that intersects the second anchor point.

Treatment Application Garment
A treatment application garment, such as a glove or a sock, is disclosed. The garment allows for various treatments directed toward the fingers and toes, such as the fingernails and toenails. For example, each digit of the garment may contain an absorbent pad containing acetone. The hand or foot is inserted into the garment such that the nail is positioned below the absorbent pad containing the acetone, allowing the acetone to be constantly applied to the nail to remove polish therefrom. After the treatment is complete, the glove may be removed and the open end thereof tied off, thereby containing the acetone and the smell thereof within the glove. APPARATUS AND METHOD TO STOP BLEEDING
A hemostatic device is provided to stop bleeding at a puncture site on an artery of a patient, the device comprising a transparent flexible band to be wrapped at the site where the bleeding is to be stopped, a curved compression member having an inner peripheral side and possessing a first curved portion in its first half and a second curved portion in its second half, a first balloon provided on the inner peripheral side in the first half of the curved compression member and a second balloon provided on the inner peripheral side in the second half of the curved compression member. The bleeding from a first artery is stopped by compressing the first artery at the puncture site using inflation of the first balloon and blood flow in the first artery is increased by compression of a second artery using inflation of the second balloon.

Dry eye treatment apparatus and methods are described herein which generally comprise a patch or strip affixed to the skin of the upper and/or lower eyelids to deliver heat or other forms of energy, pressure, drugs, moisture, etc. (alone or in combination) to the one or more meibomian glands contained within the underlying skin. The treatment strip or strips include one or more strips configured to adhere to an underlying region of skin in proximity to one or both eyes of a subject such that the one or more strips allow for the subject to blink naturally without restriction from the one or more patches. Moreover, the one or more strips may be configured to emit energy to the underlying region of skin and where the one or more strips are shaped to follow a location of one or more meibomiam glands contained within the underlying region of skin.
