Puncture Repair Kit
A puncture repair kit includes a container that stores a puncture repair liquid and a compressor that supplies compressed air. The compressor includes a power cable for connection to a power supply when in use. The power cable includes a cable body including one end connected to a compressor body and another end provided with a connection terminal. The puncture repair kit includes a winding-up tool that winds up the cable body.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor for discharging tire sealant or pumping tire including: a body having an inlet for introducing the tire sealant or air and an outlet for discharging the tire sealant; an electric motor which is fixed within the body; a piston for compressing the tire sealant or air; a drive mechanism for transferring the output of the electrical motor into reciprocation movement of the piston, the drive mechanism includes a drive rod having bidirectional thread. And a system of compressor for discharging tire sealant or pumping tire including: linear motion actuator which is fixed with the compressor body.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR A FOAM FILLED TIRE
A manufacturing method and device for a foam filled tire comprises the following steps: a. taking off a gas nozzle check valve of the tire; b. setting foaming materials in a destined proportion; c. mixing the foaming materials into filling materials, then placing into an inner space of the tire; d. covering the gas nozzle check valve after a destined time; e. filling the inner space of the tire after finishing the foaming process. Thereby it is achieved that the tire will not leak and support a car steadily.
Tire Repair System
A tire repair system for inflating or repairing a tire. The tire repair system includes a carrying case, an inflation system, a sealant delivery system, and a hose attachment. The inflation system positioned in or integrated with the carrying case, wherein the inflation system is configured to provide compressed air. The sealant delivery system positioned in or integrated with the carrying case, wherein the sealant delivery system is configured to mix a tire sealant with the compressed air. The hose attachment engages the tire and delivers the tire sealant and the compressed air to the tire.
TIRE REPAIR APPARATUS FOR ATTACHMENT TO A VEHICLE WHEEL
A tire repair device for attachment to a vehicle wheel may include a carrier element having a first side facing the vehicle wheel and a second side facing away from the vehicle wheel, a compressor attached to the carrier element, a drive mechanism operably connected to the compressor, a sealant container, fluidly coupled to the compressor, containing a tire sealant, a connection line configured to be fluidly connected to the sealant container and to a tire mounted to the vehicle wheel, and a plurality of mounting elements attached to the first side of the carrier element such that positions of the mounting elements correspond to respective positions of a plurality of wheel nuts or wheel bolts along the vehicle wheel. The end section of each mounting element is configured to retentively engage with a head of a respective one of the plurality of wheel nuts or wheel bolts.
TIRE MANUFACTURING METHOD
When a sealing layer is formed of a strip-like sealant on an inner surface of a tire, thickness variations of the sealing layer can be easily restrained.
A sealing layer (17) is formed of a strip-like sealant (20) on an inner surface (5) of a tire (1). A pair of side surfaces (21) of the sealant (20) is located on both sides in a width direction (H) of the sealant (20) and is inclined toward the same side in the width direction (H) of the sealant (20) with respect to a thickness direction (R) of the sealant (20). The sealant (20) is spirally arranged on the inner surface (5) of the tire (1) with the adjacent side surfaces (21) of the sealant (20) being overlapped with each other, so that the sealing layer (17) is formed.
Disposable sealant liquid canister for an inflatable article repair and relative production method
A disposable canister filled with sealant liquid has an inner closure for retaining the sealant liquid inside the canister; a compressed-air inlet conduit; an outlet conduit for receiving the sealant liquid when the closure is in an open position; a first portion having one of the inlet and outlet conduits; and a second portion; the first and second portions being joined by a weld to form a tank which holds the sealant liquid in a ready-for-use position by means of the closure.
Portable compressor for a tire repair kit
A portable compressor for a tire repair kit comprises an adaptor mobile or removable from a force transmitting use position, the adaptor having an upper edge projecting with respect to an outer side wall of the compressor and defining a seat for a container of sealing fluid, the upper edge being spaced in use from a surface on which the compressor rests; and being configured to define a side support by means of a force transmission to the compressor to oppose an excessive inclination of the container of sealing fluid during the injection of sealing fluid by means of pressurized air.
TIRE PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS
A compressor unit (38) for supplying pressurized medium to a tire mounted on a vehicle wheel rim (34), having a compressor (58) for exerting pressure on a fluid medium that is to be conveyed into the tire. The compressor unit (38) is dimensioned to be accommodated in a center bore (44) of the vehicle wheel rim (34) when the vehicle wheel rim (34) is in the mounted state on a wheel hub (62); and the compressor (58) can be driven by a drive unit (56) positioned in the vicinity of the center bore (44) of the vehicle wheel rim (34). The compressor unit (38) is usable with a vehicle wheel rim (34) having a pressurized medium supply device (22) for a tire that is mounted on the vehicle wheel rim (34), as well as a vehicle having a vehicle wheel that includes such a vehicle wheel rim (34).
