TATTOO DEVICE
The present invention relates to a tattoo device. The tattoo device includes: a tattoo device body including a setting unit configured to set a needle draw distance, a needle draw speed, and the amount of pigment to be injected, and a tattoo control unit configured to control tattoo pigment to be accurately injected into a target skin layer by individually controlling the draw speed of a needle and a needle pushing force according to the needle draw distance, the needle draw speed, and the amount of pigment to be injected set by the setting unit; and a handpiece coupled to the tattoo device body, and including a needle drive unit that controls the driving of the needle mounted in a needle unit by using a solenoid under the control of the tattoo control unit.
NEEDLE ASSEMBLY FOR TATTOO DEVICE
A tattoo needle assembly has a housing comprising a longitudinal channel, a needle bundle mounted in the longitudinal channel and reciprocally movable between a retracted position and an extended position, and a biasing member engaged with the housing and the needle bundle for biasing the needle bundle at least radially to an inner wall of the housing. The housing comprises first and second guide surfaces forming a V-shaped guideway on the inner wall. The needle bundle comprises first and second sliding surfaces for slidably engaging the guideway. The biasing member radially biases the needle bundle to slidably engage the guideway such that the guide surfaces of the guideway and the sliding surfaces of the needle bundle form a V-V sliding pair during reciprocal movement of the needle bundle between the retracted position and the extended position.

An automated system featuring a system controller, an oscillation drive, a linear drive, a rotational drive, a flexible drive shaft, a handpiece, and a disposable cartridge used for the application or removal of tattoos and for use in skin treatment such as needling, skin tightening, aesthetic microneedling, and superficial dermabrasion procedures. A needle cartridge or plurality of blades may be couplable in modular configurations within the disposable cartridge. The automated system may also have a plurality of blades or needle bundles in various configurations couplable to the disposable cartridge selected in accordance to the skin treatment performed. The system may also include a physically integrated and functionally automated fluid pump with associated disposable fluid container and disposable feed tube. Alternately, the fluid pump may stand physically and functionally independent of the automated system.

Adapter Device For Tattoo Machine
An adapter for use with a tattoo machine is disclosed. The adapter may enable a tattoo machine configured with a wireless battery pack to switch to a wired configuration by removing the wireless battery pack and replacing it with the adapter. One end of the adapter may be affixed to a portion of the tattoo machine so that the adapter may deliver power to the componentry of the tattoo machine to facilitate the operation of the tattoo machine. The other end of the adapter may include a connector for enabling connection of the adapter to a power supply or power source so that power may be delivered from the power supply or power source through the adapter and to the tattoo machine. When the tattoo machine is powered, the motor of the tattoo machine may reciprocate a needle included in a needle cartridge affixed to the tattoo machine.

A compact battery and voltage supply controller apparatus for a tattoo machine is disclosed. The battery and controller are configured to connect the battery to the tattoo machine through replaceable internally received magnetic connection adapters. The toggle switch operated display screen provides easy-to-view status and health of the battery and incremental voltage adjustment using a voltage boost circuit and adjustment knob. The internal battery can be replaced and/or removed and recharged.

The battery and controller are configured to connect the battery to the tattoo machine through replaceable internally received magnetic connection adapters. The suspension system is further arranged for biasing the driving rod to a longitudinal neutral position.
