The formed pill is abuse deterrent to parenteral administration due at least to particle size, viscosity, or purity limitations.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY SYNTHETIC BOARD INCLUDING COFFEE SLUDGE
Disclosed herein are a composition for an environment-friendly synthetic board including coffee sludge, which is used to manufacture an environment-friendly synthetic board, such as flooring, a molded synthetic board for architecture, or the like, by using coffee sludge that is left as residual waste after the sale of coffee in a specialty coffee shop, or the like, and a method of manufacturing an environment-friendly synthetic board by using the composition. The composition is formed by adding, per 100 parts by weight of coffee sludge powder, 12.5 to 15 parts by weight of synthetic resin, 4 to 8 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 15 to 20 parts by weight of talc, and 1 to 4 parts by weight of plasticizer, and then mixing them.
Low printing temperature filaments for 3D printing
A low printing temperature thermoplastic filament composition for fused filament fabrication 3D printing is described. The filament includes polycaprolactone in an amount from 70 to 90 wt %, at least one thermoplastic polymer having a melting temperature between approximately 60 C. and approximately 90 C. in an amount from approximately 10 to 30 wt %, at least one antioxidant, and at least one plasticizing agent. This 3D printing filament can be printed out at temperatures below 100 C. and no heated print bed is needed, which saves energy and minimizes the complexity of 3D printer. Besides the low printing temperature, this 3D printing material is bio-friendly which makes it safe for household use.
Low environmental impact flexible hose, as well as manufacturing method thereof
A thermoplastic elastomer for manufacturing a low environmental impact flexible hose for transporting fluids includes (A) 30%-80% by weight of a polymer matrix consisting of 10%-35% by weight with respect to the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer of a first thermoplastic part (A1) and 20%-45% by weight with respect to the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer of a second elastomeric part (A2); (B) 30%-55% by weight of a plasticizing agent; (C) 0%-30% by weight of a filler; and (D) 0%-10% by weight of an additive. The thermoplastic elastomer has a Shore A of 50 Sh A-85 Sh A and a percentage of post-consumer material greater than or equal to 50%. The thermoplastic elastomer is in an amount greater than or equal to 90% by weight on the total weight of the flexible hose.
