BREAST SHAPING METHOD USING BARBED SUTURE AND SUTURE HANDLING DEVICE IN BREAST FAT GRAFTING
20200155302 · 2020-05-21 · ·

A breast shaping method using a barbed suture and a suture handling device. The breast shaping method includes inserting a tensioning barbed suture in medialmost and lateralmost portion of the inframammary fold from deep soft tissues (muscle/pericondrium-periostium to and along the subdermal layer of the inframammary fold, with an end portion of the barbed suture being left outside of the skin, thereby allowing the barbed suture to be tensioned, tensioning the end portion of the barbed suture arranged by the insertion of the barbed suture, so that the barbed suture pulls tissues of the subdermal layer, thereby lifting the inframammary fold and defining a nice indentation of the inframammary fold, and cutting the end portion of the barbed suture outside of the skin after the tensioning of the barbed suture.

LUER TO LUER TISSUE MORSELIZER
20200155737 · 2020-05-21 ·

A morselizer has a first end section with an axially and radially hollow luer fitting, a second end section with an axially and radially hollow luer fitting, a housing juxtaposed therebetween, a channel extending axially between the first end section and the second end section and through the housing providing an axial liquid pathway therein, and at least one blade disposed within the housing. Each end of the morselizer is attachable to a structure with a complimentarily sized luer fitting. In an embodiment, the morselizer facilitates atraumatic resizing of material through axial liquid transfer, by transferring material from a first structure attached to the first end section, thence through the channel, where material is resized by the blade, and through the second end section to a second structure attached to the second end section. The resized material may be suitable for injection, such as through a fine needle.

Fat removal device and obesity treatment
10653876 · 2020-05-19 ·

A medical device for treatment for overweight or obesity is presented. The medical device is attached or implanted in patient's target body organs, wherein in each one of the device attachments, or daily in the case of long continuous attachment, the device removes up to 100 grams of energy containing materials from the body. The medical device optionally contains needles or alternatively contains crawling worm-like arm. The energy containing materials may be fat cells, fatty acid molecules driven out from the fat cells or lipids or carbohydrates molecules such as glucose from the blood stream.

LASER NIL LIPOSUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
20200138477 · 2020-05-07 ·

A minimally invasive fat cell removal system and method is provided using a numbing component, a laser component, and a NIL component. A cannula and fiber of the laser component are insertable into a body of a patient at a biopsy punch to liquefy a fat cell via a tumescent fluid and/or a laser. A NIL cannula of the NIL component is insertable into the body to remove the fat cell via suction and/or nutation. An anesthetic device of the numbing component may reduce sensation of the body where the cannula is insertable. The fat cell may be harvested and implanted at another location of the body.

Surgical method and apparatus for destruction and removal of intraperitoneal, visceral, and subcutaneous fat
10610280 · 2020-04-07 ·

The embodied invention is a method of removing intraperitoneal fat by using a freezing cryoprobe and inserting it into the abdominal cavity. The freezing cryoprobe is covered by a vacuum sleeve which provides for a method for abdominal fat removal once the cells are damaged. A multi-step surgical procedure is used to freeze, irrigate, and remove the destroyed fat tissue. Also, an ultrasonic transmitter is inserted into an outer cryoprobe sheath to assess organ position with the advantage of an internal transmitter which greatly aids in organ identification.

COMBINED LIPOSUCTION METHOD

The invention relates to combined liposuction methods and can be used in surgical interventions to remove local fat deposits in the lower third of the face and neck. The method includes a preoperative examination of the patient when one or more areas of the lower third of the face and neck of the patient are designated as liposuction areas constituting the operative field. The contour boundaries of the operative field and at least one operative access point are determined. Uniform infiltration anesthesia of the adipose tissue to be removed in the liposuction areas is performed. From a Nd:YAG laser radiation source with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a Nd:YAG laser radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm in a pulsed mode with a frequency of 50 Hz, with a pulse duration of 300 s and a power of the predetermined value is supplied directly to the adipose tissue to be removed.
