Provided are a method for manufacturing a radio wave absorber, the method including three-dimensionally modeling a composition containing one or more kinds of particles selected from the group consisting of magnetic particles and dielectric particles, and a binder, with a three-dimensional printer, in which an aspect ratio of the particles is 3.0 or less, a radio wave absorber including magnetic particles, and a binder, in which among squareness ratios measured for each of predetermined seven directions of the radio wave absorber, a maximum value is defined as SQ.sub.max, a minimum value is defined as SQ.sub.min, and a ratio (SQ.sub.max/SQ.sub.min) of SQ.sub.max to SQ.sub.min is less than 1.35, and a radio wave absorbing article including the radio wave absorber.
