Apparatus for handling material, and waste container/separating device
Apparatus for handling material in connection with a pneumatic material conveying system, which apparatus comprises a waste container/separating device (50), into which material is adapted to be conducted from a conveying pipe (100) of the pneumatic material conveying system via an input aperture (55) and which is adapted to be connected to means for achieving a partial vacuum. The apparatus further comprises a press device/compactor device (70), which is arranged to act on the material (w) conducted into the waste container/separating device (50), via at least one aperture (69) formed in the container, and that at least one wall (60) that is transverse with respect to the input direction of the material is arranged in the container space (68) of the waste container/separating device (50), and that at least one aperture (600) is arranged or formed in the wall (60), which aperture is fitted in the wall (60) on the path of travel (P) of the material (w) being fed in via the input aperture (55), which wall (60) is adapted to control or limit the movement of material in the container space (68). The invention also relates to a waste container/separating device.
Weld-less compactor
A weld-less compactor includes a side wall formed by a first panel and a second panel. Each of the first and second panels includes an L-shaped extension having an opening therethrough. The weld-less compactor also includes a fastener assembly for securing the first panel to the second panel. The fastener assembly includes a bolt and a collar. The bolt has a head and a pintail. The collar is configured to fit around the pintail of the bolt. The first panel and the second panel are secured together by engaging the openings of the first panel and the second panel with the fastener assembly.
Baler With Platen Bypass Prevention Features
A baler and methods of operating a baler. For example, the baler includes a housing defining an interior volume, the interior volume comprising a compression portion and a loading portion. The baler also includes a first closure movably coupled with the housing and operative to enclose the compression portion and a second closure movably coupled with the housing and operative to enclose the loading portion. Further, the baler includes a reciprocating compression assembly including a linear actuator and a platen operably coupled with the linear actuator. The platen is movable between a retracted position and an extended position in response to actuation of the linear actuator. Additionally, the first closure defines at least one recess therein and a lip extending about at least a portion of the at least one recess. The lip is operative to engage with compressible material disposed in the compression portion.
Dumpster with sliding closure
The roll-off dumpster includes a hinged door at a front end of the roll-off dumpster. The hinged door is able to open and close off a front opening of the roll-off dumpster. The hinged door includes a sliding closure that is able to operate independently of the hinged door. Moreover, the sliding closure includes a winch that raises a sliding door vertically. The sliding door is able to move up and down with respect to a pair of rails integrated into the construction of the hinged door. The sliding door is raised vertically to expose a front closure opening that is configured to interface with an outlet of a stationary compactor.
Compactor trolley for aeronautical applications
A compactor trolley for aeronautical applications, more particularly a trolley provided with a drawer having a door with a safety closing system that incorporates a flap for direct access to the waste storage compartment, without the need to pull out the drawer and/or open the door.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION VEHICLE WITH BALER
An extension for connection to a vehicle can include a first side, a second side, a ceiling, and a bottom, the first side opposing the second side and the ceiling opposing the bottom, each of the first side and second side connected to the ceiling and the bottom; a partition arranged between the first side and the second side; and a baler, wherein the ceiling, the first side, the bottom, and the partition define a storage compartment, wherein the ceiling, the second side, the bottom, and the partition define a baler compartment, and wherein the baler is arranged within the baler compartment, the baler comprising a compression system and a baling system.
COMPACTOR
A compactor has a plunger housing with a door for insertion of waste. The plunger presses waste into a bag on a pallet within an enclosure with panels and a pair of panels in the form of doors at the rear. Side panels, are joined along their lower edges to a floor panel, the side panels supporting the end panels at vertical hinges. There is resilience due to the ability of the various panels to move, in which each side panel is cantilevered about the corner at which it is joined to the floor panel, and the end panels can rotate about the relevant vertical axis of the hinges. As the plunger presses axially to compact waste within a bag when the bag approaches being full.
Compaction receptacle
A compaction capable receptacle may include a housing with a trash receiving opening, a compaction unit arranged within the housing, and a trash bin arranged within the housing and articulable between a compaction position within the housing and a trash receiving position within the housing, the compaction position aligning the trash bin with a compaction stroke of the compaction unit and the trash receiving position aligning a portion of the trash bin with the trash receiving opening.
TRASH COMPACTOR
A trash compactor may include a frame, a cavity, a trash receptacle, a platen movable to compress trash collected in the trash receptacle, a set of linkages and a drive mechanism configured to drive said platen up and down, the drive mechanism further configured as one of the link elements, and a platen guide mechanism configured to restrict the motion of the platen in an up and down manner.
