CARDBOARD BOX ASSEMBLY DEVICE
A cardboard box assembly device, that folds four flaps provided at edges of an opening in a cardboard box to surround the opening, is disclosed. The cardboard box assembly device includes a folding unit, a pushing unit, and a drive unit. The folding unit folds each of the four flaps in a prescribed sequence and closes the opening. The pushing unit pushes one of the four flaps, that is folded last, inward into the cardboard box as a locking flap, and overlaps the locking flap onto the other flaps. The drive unit contacts the cardboard box and imparts a prescribed displacement to the cardboard box. Parts that engage with one another are formed between the locking flap and at least one of the other flaps. The drive unit moves the locking flap relative to the other flaps due to the displacement when the pushing unit pushes the locking flap.

CORRUGATED SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS
A corrugated sheet processing apparatus is disclosed, comprising feed and guide rollers for selecting, moving and supporting sheets or webs to a corrugator for forming a corrugated sheet; and a control system for controlling the sheet processing equipment or a cutter; the sheet processing apparatus further comprising a visual inspection unit for reading printed information markers on at least one printed sheet or web as the printed sheet or web pass through the corrugated sheet processing apparatus, or corrugator; and wherein the control system further has a data look-up table whereby the apparatus can identify what products will be produced downstream of the visual inspection unit, and the required settings for the sheet processing equipment or corrugator for those products.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR SPLICING SHEET MATERIALS
A system for splicing together multiple sheets of generally rigid material into a continuous sheet. The system includes a cart with a cutting mechanism and a sealing mechanism. The cutting mechanism is configured to cut a pattern of segments through the sheet materials that can be interlocked to form a seam. The interlocking segments may include asymmetrical features. The sealing mechanism can apply tape to the seal to secure it. The splicing system may be used while one of the multiple sheets of generally rigid material is concurrently in use by a packaging machine without interruption to the packaging machine.
Machine and methods for attaching retaining web to container blank
A machine including a deck, a first platform, a second platform, a first web transfer assembly, and a second web transfer assembly is provided. BOX FORMING MACHINE
A box forming machine includes a converter assembly, a fold assembly, and an attachment assembly. The converter assembly converts sheet material into a box template. The fold assembly engages a first end of the box template and moves the first end of the box template to a predetermined position. The attachment assembly engages a second end of the box template and moves the second end of the box template toward and into engagement with the first end of the box template to attach the first and second ends of the box template together.
Corrugated sheet processing apparatus
