METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUBSTRATE STRIPPING
Methods and apparatus for stripping away portions of substrate are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a flexible and/or soft impact-element(s) rotates around a rotation axis to drive a peripheral portion across a substrate plane of the substrate and/or to repeatedly collide with the substrate. At least some of the collisions are effective to partially dislodge or to strip away portion(s) of substrate.
Blank, method of manufacturing a belt, method and machine for packaging a product in a box
The invention relates to a one piece blank of a corrugated cardboard sheet material designed for forming a belt intended to form a box having a length L, a width W and a height H, wherein this blank includes a main rectangular body (10) extending along a longitudinal direction and two protruding rectangular parts (11, 12) extending in a transverse direction and symmetrically with regard to the main body, so as to define two perpendicular branches, a first branch being defined by the main body and a second branch defined by the protruding parts, the main body (10) having a width (D1) larger than the length L and a length (D2) larger than at least twice the width W plus the height H (2W+2H) and each of the protruding parts having a length (d1) larger than the height H or the width W and a width (d2) larger than the width W or the height H.
Cardboard box dividing device and cardboard box production device
A cardboard box dividing device includes lower conveyors on which a plurality of connected cardboard box bodies are stacked and transported; a pressing device pressing, from above, the plurality of connected cardboard box bodies stacked on the lower conveyors; a cutting blade disposed along a width direction of the connected cardboard box body and dividing the plurality of connected cardboard box bodies stacked on the lower conveyors into a front part and a rear part; a lifting/lowering device relatively moving the plurality of connected cardboard box bodies on the lower conveyors and the cutting blade along an up-down direction; and a control device controlling the pressing device based on a lifting/lowering height of a loading upper conveyor at a time when a pressing reaction force at a time when the loading upper conveyor presses the plurality of stacked connected cardboard box bodies reaches a preset reference pressing reaction force.

Method and system for cardboard pretreatment
A system and methods for operating a cardboard processing machine, the method comprising creating a pre-processing crease at a location on the cardboard where it is required to process the cardboard; and processing the cardboard along the pre-process crease.
Process for forming plastic corrugated container and intermediary blank
A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blank to form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.
FLIPSIDE READER FOR SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEMS
Systems and methods for processing a sheet having a printed underside. A gap between a feeder and a processing machine provides visibility to the printed underside, cameras capture images of the printed graphics through the gap, and a processor stitches the captured images together into a continuous image of the printed underside, including registration marks, corners or edges, and a sheet identifier. Processing instructions are retrieved from storage using the detected sheet identifier and are executed along processing paths calculated from detected information regarding locations of the registration marks and the corners or edges. A material guide positioned above the material path may be configured to constrain the sheet vertically as it passes over the gap and to reduce overhead light from interfering with the image capture.

Carrier For Containers
A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a plurality of panels, the plurality of panels includes at least one central panel and at least one attachment panel for receiving a portion of one or more containers of the plurality of containers. The at least one central panel is for being positioned between adjacent containers of the plurality of containers, and the at least one attachment panel is foldably connected to the at least one central panel. At least one divider flap is foldably connected to the at least one central panel. The at least one attachment panel is positionable between a first position and a second position. In the first position the at least one attachment panel overlies and receives a portion of one or more of the containers. In the second position the at least one attachment panel is folded relative to the at least one central panel and in an upright position to form a handle for carrying the carrier.
