ANESTHETIC GAS DISTRIBUTION DEVICE
Disclosed is an anesthetic gas distribution device capable of being easily adjusted to conform to various conditions of a sample. An anesthetic gas distribution device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a manifold block including a main block and one or more sub-blocks coupled to one side or two opposite sides of the main block so as to be separable in a first direction, the manifold block being configured to be supplied with the gas from the outside, and supply nozzles connected to the manifold block in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and configured to supply the gas to the sample.
NASAL MASK SYSTEM
A mask system includes a cushion for a mask that seals at its upper extent in a region of the nose that is generally above the tip of the nose or pronasale, and extends across a portion of the cartilaginous framework, alar or flares of the patient's nose, e.g., not extending over or across the nasal bone of the patient's nose.
Health checks for infusion pump communications systems
A distributed system can include a server outside of a clinical environment and a connectivity adapter and a plurality of infusion pumps within the clinical environment. The connectivity adapter can monitor microservices that measure the quality of connectivity adapter's performance. If the performance is below a threshold level, a message indicating poor performance can be sent to the server. The message can be sent when a prior message relating to poor performance has not already been sent within a predetermined time period.
PSYCHOLOGICAL STATE DISPLAY SYSTEM
A psychological state display system includes a near-infrared light source that outputs outside light toward a plurality of persons, the output light including a first near-infrared radiation having a wavelength of greater than or equal to 780 nm and less than 2,500 nm; an imaging device that receives the first near-infrared radiation included in the output light outputted and captures an infrared image of the plurality of persons; a generation device that, using a trained machine learning model that receives an input of the infrared image captured and outputs a psychological state of at least one person among the plurality of persons indicated by the infrared image, generates psychological data indicating the psychological state; and a display device that displays a change over time in the psychological data generated.
HYDROGEN MIXED GAS GENERATION APPARATUS AND GENERATION METHOD FOR A HYDROGEN MIXED GAS
A hydrogen mixed gas generation apparatus includes a warm water containment part that contains warm water that is set at a predetermined temperature, a gas supply conduit that guides a hydrogen gas that is generated by a predetermined method into the warm water in the warm water containment part, and a gas discharge conduit that guides and releases the hydrogen gas that is discharged into the warm water by the gas supply conduit from the warm water containment part to an outside thereof.
MULTI-VENTILATOR FOR TREATING MULTIPLE PATIENTS TO MEET SURGE CAPACITY IN EMERGENCIES
The invention discloses a single multi-ventilator for treating multiple patients using one ventilator device. Potentially, the single disclosed multi-ventilator can be used to ventilate an entire department of patients using personalized ventilation parameters and settings.
In case of emergency, such as Covid-19, health care system may be overwhelmed by a number of patients requiring ventilator medical care to keep them alive. In such a situation, a presented ventilator solves a problem of choosing which patients will receive a ventilator treatment and which will not.
The invented ventilator provides individualized artificial ventilation care for multiple connected patients to it according to parameters determined and set by a physician.
It is important to mention that control means and main processing means will be centralized in our invention, which is another advantage of the invented ventilator.
Separate inspiration and expiration lines make the ventilator safe to use and easy to clean and to disinfect.
The medical personnel can remotely monitor all connected patients, and also set and modify different personal parameters for each patient, from a single remote on-screen patient monitor display station. In such a way, the personnel will be protected from unnecessary exposure to viruses and bacteria.
REMOTE RESPIRATORY THERAPY DEVICE MANAGEMENT
A system and method for updating patient devices is disclosed. The patient devices may include respiratory therapy devices that operate in accordance with instruction sets, such as software or firmware. A server may maintain a database of configuration data indicating the versions of the software and firmware that is currently installed on the patient devices. The server may also transmit updated instructions from over a network, including a wireless network. Particular patient devices may be selected for updating based on the configuration data. Upon performing an update a patient device may transmit configuration data to the server.
SLEEPER DETECTION AND CONFIGURATION OF SLEEP ENVIRONMENTS AND LEARNING METHODS TO OPTIMIZE SLEEP QUALITY
A bed includes environmental control components, which may be temperature control components and pressure adjustment components in some embodiments. The environmental control components may be configured to provide different sleep environments based on identity of sleepers using or expected to use the bed. A controller may determine a number of sleepers for the bed, identify the sleepers, and determine if there is an expectation of later arrival of sleeper in determining a configuration for the environmental control components in providing a sleep environment for the bed.
BLOOD PURIFICATION SYSTEM AND SOLUTION-PREPARATION-DETERMINING APPARATUS
A system and a solution-preparation-determining apparatus which determines whether additional preparation of an undiluted dialysate solution is necessary. A blood purification system includes a solution-preparing unit that prepares an undiluted dialysate solution, a dialysate-supplying unit that prepares a working dialysate at a predetermined concentration by diluting the undiluted dialysate solution received from the solution-preparing unit, a blood-purification-treatment section that includes a blood-purification-apparatus group including at least one blood purification apparatus that performs blood purification treatment in which the working dialysate is supplied to the blood-purification-apparatus group, and a determining unit that determines whether additional preparation of the undiluted dialysate solution is necessary from a result of comparison between an estimated number of treatment sessions expected to be performed by the blood-purification-apparatus group throughout a predetermined period and an actual number of treatment sessions performed by the blood-purification-apparatus group as of a time point during the predetermined period.
Respiratory therapeutic electric heat source face mask
An improved face mask with a temperature monitored resilient, flexible face barrier to limit the face, eyes, lips, and oral tissues of the mouth of the user from direct exposure to heated air from the mask above threshold temperatures. The improved face mask and heat source conditions air drawn into the face mask before it is actually breathed and thereby supply heated or elevated higher temperature at a therapeutic air pressure to persons in need thereof, particularly to maintain a wearer's upper respiratory system at a further elevated high temperature, capable of inactivating viruses, such as the Coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2 virus), killing bacteria, (TB) fungi, biofilms, tumor cells, pre-malignant cancer cells, dysplasia cells and other pathogens, and to promote an immune-stimulatory response and to prevent or inactivate a virus in the respiratory system of the wearer of the heated face mask, in both ambulatory and hospitalization settings.
