NEEDLE-FREE INJECTION GUIDE
An injection guide globally aligns an injector to an angle selected for consistent subcutaneous delivery of an injectate, while locally aligning a patient's skin normal to the injection path at the location where the injection pierces the skin. This arrangement advantageously maintains controlled contact between an injector and a subject's skin in order to deliver the full, intended volume of injectate into the patient's subcutaneous layer while avoiding misdelivery into adjacent layers such as the patient's dermis or muscle.
ADHESIVE ALIGNMENT SYSTEM FOR PATIENT INTERFACES
A system for aligning a patient interface for use in delivering a flow of a breathing gas to the airway of a patient with an adhesive arrangement that is structured to secure the patient interface to the patient. The system includes a base that is structured to be disposed on a surface, the base having a central member protruding upward from the base to a contoured surface. The central member includes a pair of protruding alignment elements that extend further upward from the contoured surface and which are sized and structured to engage apertures in both of the adhesive arrangement and the patient interface in a manner which aligns such components with each other.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BLOW-FILL-SEAL (BFS) ASSISTED DISPENSING AND DISABLEMENT
Systems and methods for disabling Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) vials such as pre-filled vials containing a vaccine or other medicament via utilization of an assistive dispensing device to selectively compress the fluid reservoir of the BFS vial. The assistive dispensing device can aid in applying compressive force to assist in dispensing the liquid from the vial, and may also be utilized to lock in a mated position so that the BFS vial may not be reused and/or is otherwise readily identifiable as having already been administered.
GUIDEWIRELESS TRANSSEPTAL DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR THERAPEUTIC DEVICES OF THE AORTIC VALVE
A method for delivering a therapeutic device to a target aortic valve site includes transseptally positioning a cable to run between a femoral artery, through the heart via an aortic valve, left ventricle, mitral valve, left atrium, and right atrium into the venous vasculature, the flexible member having a first end extending outside the body from a venous vessel superior to the heart and a second end external to the patient at the femoral artery. The aortic valve therapeutic device is attached to the cable outside the body and introduced into a femoral artery. A steerable sheath is advanced over the cable, into the venous vasculature and into the left ventricle of the heart. The aortic valve therapeutic device is pushed in a distal direction from the femoral artery while the cable is pulled from the venous vessel to advance the aortic valve therapeutic device to the target site. The sheath protects surrounding tissues from the cable during movement of the therapeutic device through the vasculature, and may be steered during final positioning to align the aortic valve therapeutic device at the target site.
Original Mind Gym
The Original Mind Gym is a vital mental training system. It provides a physical and mental relaxation state combined with mental messaging using research based mental programming techniques. A Zero Gravity Chair, or any other suitable chair, combines physical comfort with powerful hypnotic suggestions, brain wave technology and soothing background music. The Original Mind Gym uses The 33 Method to address multiple areas of personal development such as reducing stress and anxiety, building confidence, improving sports performance, weight loss, smoking cessation, personal and professional development. The Original mind gym has components that provide the capacity for real time face-to-face mental training at a distance.
The 33 Method mental training programs incorporate a unique combination of Sports Psychology, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Visualization and Imagery to help athletes achieve their maximum potential.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES FOR SUBCUTANEOUS TARGET LOCATION
Embodiments of the invention provide devices, systems, and methods that precisely identify a minimum of one predetermined spot which is hidden under a skin. The system comprises a locator device and corresponding implanted target device. The port locator device preferably comprises one magnet with north and south magnetic pole, a body and a suspending component. The body may utilize specific geometry which improves accuracy. The implanted target device may include at least one magnet and at least one target or a plurality of targets and at least one magnet. Various configurations can be provided that precisely identify a single spot or a plurality of spots which are hidden under a skin.
Methods, systems, and devices for sealing and flushing a delivery system
A method for sealing and flushing a delivery member includes sealing one or more lumens and flushing air from the one or more lumens. An interventional device delivery system includes a handle assembly and a delivery member. The handle assembly includes a catheter holder with a passageway therethrough. A flush block is associated with the catheter holder and has a flush port and a flush chamber. The delivery member is associated with the handle assembly and includes a plurality of catheters. At least one of the catheters has a proximal end disposed within the passageway in the catheter holder and is in fluid communication with the flush chamber.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF A NEEDLE TIP OF A NEEDLE
The present disclosure provides medical devices, particularly medical grade needles with removable tips, as well as methods of needle tip installation and removal, and devices therefor. Needle tip installation and removal devices may include needle tip installation and removal tools and kits, including hand held and manipulated tools that facilitate the installation and removal of needle tips, particularly on vascular access port needles. Such installation and removal devices may provide more expedient hook up of the access port for the therapy. Also, the installation and removal of the needle tips may be conducted in a more sterile manner.

Patient interface device having multi-chamber adjustable cushion, and apparatus and method for adjusting same
A cushion member for a patient interface device that includes a main body portion including a plurality of chambers and a self-sealing cap portion coupled to the main body portion. The cap portion covers each of the chambers and forms a plurality of membrane members, with each membrane member being positioned over and sealing a respective one of the chambers. The cap portion is made of a self-sealing material such that that each of the membrane members is structured to self-seal responsive to having a needle inserted through and pulled out of the membrane member. Also, an apparatus and a method for selectively adjusting the internal pressure of the chambers of such a cushion.
