Method for producing balance correction sheet for punching machine
A balance correction sheet corrects a whole pressure balance of a punching machine, in which a punching die and a cutting plate for receiving blade tips of the punching die are attached to be opposed to each other. A method of forming the balance correction sheets includes attaching a balance correction die having a plurality of punching blades disposed at a predetermined interval to the punching machine, intermediately inserting the blade tips of the punching blades into a middle of laminated sheets formed by laminating peelable sheets so that incisions are formed in a depth direction of the laminated sheets, and partially removing the laminated sheets depending on depths of the incisions so as to prepare the balance correction sheet.

A hinge-lid container for consumer articles is provided, the hinge-lid container defining an inner surface and an outer surface and including: a box configured to house the consumer articles; a lid hinged to the box along a hinge and being moveable between a closed position and an active position about the hinge, the hinge including a weakening line realized on the outer surface, the weakening line having a width between 0.1 millimetre and 1 millimetre; and an electric conductive trace provided on the outer surface, the weakening line passing through and interrupting the electric conductive trace, the electric conductive trace forming a closed circuit when the lid is in the active position and forming an open circuit when the lid is in the closed position. A method of forming a hinge-lid container for consumer articles is also provided.
Buffer structure, packaging set, and buffer structure forming method
A buffer structure includes at least one internal main layer, at least one external main layer, and a rib portion. An inner side of the at least one internal main layer forms an accommodating space, and the at least one external main layer surrounds an outer side of the at least one internal main layer. The rib portion is located between two first folding lines and forms a ring shape. The two first folding lines are parallel to each other. One of the two first folding lines is connected to the at least one internal main layer, and the other one of the two first folding lines is connected to the at least one external main layer. The rib portion is connected between the at least one internal main layer and the at least one external main layer.
Method and device for packaging articles
A device for automated packaging of articles, comprising a conveyor for feeding and transporting into the device a blank of corrugated cardboard, a pair of crease wheels for creating two longitudinal crease lines in the blank, a transversal blade or score applicator for successively creating four transversal crease lines in the blank as the blank is transported into the device, and opposite pressing members such as jaws of a press and/or pressing rollers, arranged symmetrically with respect to a center line of the device, whose lateral position is adjustable for their ends or tips to match the two longitudinal crease lines, and activated in a timely manner as the blank is transported into the device to crush the corrugated cardboard in the top, middle and bottom corners of the blank in order to make it easily foldable.
Containers, blanks, and methods for dispensing web material
Container including base portion defining compartment. Base portion includes bottom panel defining bottom of compartment, front base panel defining front of compartment and extending upwardly from bottom panel. Base portion further includes back panel extending from bottom panel to define a back of compartment, and first and second side tabs extending between bottom panel, front base panel, and back panel at opposing sides thereof to define opposing sides of compartment. Container further includes lid portion including a top panel and a front lid panel. The top panel includes an opening and an access flap moveable between an opening position and a closed position defining the opening. The access flap includes a back edge, a front edge, opposing side edges, and a first and second front protrusions, respectively. Blanks for forming such a container and methods for disposing a web material are also disclosed.
Tamper-evident box
A blank can include a first main panel; a locking tab extending from and separable from the first main panel, the locking tab comprising a neck and an ear; a second main panel connected to the first main panel and facing the first main panel; and an end panel extending from the second main panel, the end panel defining a locking opening, the locking opening sized to receive and lockably engage at least a portion of the locking tab upon assembly of the blank into the box; wherein the end panel comprises a second end panel, an inside end panel, and a connecting panel joining the inside end panel to the second end panel, and wherein the locking opening is defined by at least the connecting panel and the inside end panel.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING SYSTEM
A packaging assembly including a panel component with a plurality of fold lines formed therein and along which the panel component is foldable, defining a plurality of panel regions. A plurality of impact absorbing molded pulp standoff components are fixed on the panel component, wherein each one of a multiplicity of the panel regions includes at least one of the molded pulp standoff components fixed thereto. The panel component is changeable between a laid flat configuration and a folded configuration, wherein, in the laid flat configuration, the panel regions lie in a substantially common plane and the molded pulp standoff components project in a substantially common direction from the panel component, wherein, in the folded configuration, the panel regions lie in multiple different planes, wherein at least some of the multiple different planes are angularly offset from each other.
Carton With Insert
A carton for holding one or more products. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise at least a front panel and an opposing back panel. The carton further can comprise a sidewall comprising at least a portion of the front panel and the back panel and a lid comprising at least a portion of the front panel and the back panel. The lid can be separable from the sidewall along an opening feature extending in at least the front panel. The carton also can comprise an insert in an overlapping relationship with at least a portion of the front panel. The carton further can comprise a closing feature extending in the insert for at least partially retaining the lid in a reclosed position.
