RESIN LAMINATED STEEL PLATE
A resin laminated steel plate includes steel plates and resin layers. The resin layers are interposed between the steel plates. Each of the resin layer includes resin-absent areas where no resin exists. The resin-absent areas provide gaps in a predetermined range between the steel plates. Resin materials constituting the each of the resin layers are dotted such that the resin-absent areas include areas where no resin material exists.

Curvature limiting film
Various apparatuses are disclosed including those that have curvature arresting properties. According to one example, the apparatus can optionally include a flexible first film, a second film and a first plurality of features. The first plurality of features can be disposed between the first film and the second film At least some of the first plurality of features are spaced apart from one another by a gap when the first film is not subject to an applied bending force or is subject to the applied bending force below a predetermined magnitude in one or both of the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and at least some of the first plurality of features contact one another to arrest a curvature of the first film when the applied bending force is at or above the predetermined magnitude.
Curvature limiting film
Various apparatuses are disclosed including those that have curvature arresting properties. FOAM STRUCTURE AND PROTECTIVE PAD HAVING SAME
A foam structure is provided. The foam structure includes a plurality of resilient elements and a plurality of flexible connecting elements connected between the resilient elements. The resilient element comprises an upper material layer, a lower foam material layer, and an intermediate material layer. Two adjoining intermediate material layer are connected with each other through at least one connecting element provided therebetween, but an interspace is also provided therebetween. The resilient elements and flexible connecting elements may be integrally formed by integral molding with a foam material as a one-piece foam structure.

A fabric processing method and component (e.g., a vehicle component) includes providing and/or arranging a first fabric charge and a second fabric charge. A multi-piece fabric assembly is formed for single stage draping by stitching together the first and second fabric charges along a neutral stitching path. The present disclosure relates to a hollow board 1 with first and second main surface layers 3, 5. A plurality of distance elements connecting the first and second main surface layers and maintain a predetermined distance there between. The main surface layers include at least a layer of high-density fiber, HDF, board, and a plurality of distance elements are distributed in the space between the main surface layers, and at least some comprise at least one elongate HDF board strip 15 which is oriented such that its longitudinal edges interconnect the first and second main surface layers 3, 5. The HDF boards of the surface layers and of the at least some of the distance elements comprise wood particles bonded by a resin including an isocyanate, such as methylene diphenyl di-isocyanate, MDI.
