PADDLE BOARD
The present invention provides a surf board, comprising a body, and a bottom board layer and a protective layer which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the body; the body comprises a first fiber glass fiber layer arranged on the bottom board layer, an inner core arranged on the first fiber glass layer and a second fiber glass layer arranged on the inner core and connected with the protective layer; the second fiber glass layer is provided with two layers. In the present invention, the bottom board layer is arranged at the lower end of the body, so that the bottom of surf board is firmer. The protective layer is arranged at the upper end of the body, so that the surface of the surf board is protected and is prevented from being damaged due to strong water pressure when the surf board is used.
Glass-resin composite
A glass-resin composite of the present invention includes at least a plurality of glass sheets and a resin sheet which are integrally combined with each other via an organic resin intermediate layer, wherein, out of inner glass sheets of the plurality of glass sheets, at least one glass sheet has a crystallinity of 30% or less and a Young's modulus of 75 GPa or more.
Electronic device having a curved surface
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a back frame, a panel disposed on the back frame, a protective substrate disposed on the panel, and an adhesive element disposed on a portion of the back frame. The back frame and the protective substrate adhere to each other via the adhesive element.
COMPOSITE ARTICLES PROVIDING FLAME RETARDANCY AND NOISE REDUCTION
A thermoplastic composite article comprising a porous core layer and an open cell skin disposed on a first surface of the core layer is described. The composite article comprises a noise reduction coefficient of at least 0.5 as tested by ASTM C423-17 and a flame spread index of less than 25 and a smoke development index of less than 150 as tested by ASTM E84 dated 2009.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EXTERIOR HOUSING AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
An electronic device of the present invention comprises: an exterior housing including a first surface facing a first direction, and a second surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction; a display of which at least a part is exposed through the first surface; and a polymer plate which forms at least a part of the second surface of the housing. The polymer plate comprises: at least one opaque layer; at least one polymer layer that is translucent or transparent and is disposed on the at least one opaque layer; and a coating layer that is disposed on the at least one polymer layer and has a hardness greater than or equal to a selected hardness. Each of the at least one opaque layer, the at least one polymer layer, and the coating layer may comprise a first surface, and a second surface extending from the first surface so that at least a part thereof is bent. Other embodiments are also possible.
METHODS FOR APPLYING POLYURETHANE COATINGS TO GOLF BALLS HAVING A THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE COVER
Golf balls having covers made of thermoplastic polyurethane compositions are provided. Multi-piece golf balls can be made. Polyurethane primer coatings and polyurethane top-coatings are applied to the thermoplastic polyurethane cover. Different coating methods can be used. Isocyanate-rich and polyol-rich polyurethane coatings can be applied. In one embodiment, the golf ball can be treated with a multi-functional isocyanate prior to applying the coatings. The polyurethane cover composition and surface coatings can further include catalysts, ultraviolet (UV)—light stabilizers, and other additives. Heat is used to cure the coatings. The coating methods have many benefits and the finished balls have good physical properties.
GLASS LAMINATE ARTICLE
Provided is a glass laminate article including a core substrate having a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a side surface between the first surface and the second surface; a first metal sheet on the first surface; a second metal sheet on the second surface; a glass substrate on the second metal sheet; and an adhesive member bonding the glass substrate to the second metal sheet, wherein the core substrate has lower thermal conductivity than a medium density fiberboard (MDF).
COMPOSITE FOILS BIODISINTEGRATABLE AT HOME COMPOST CONDITIONS
The use of an aqueous polyurethane dispersion adhesive is described for producing composite foils which are biodisintegratable at home compost conditions where at least two substrates are adhesive-bonded to one another with use of the polyurethane dispersion adhesive, where at least one of the substrates is a polymer foil which is biodisintegratable at home compost conditions. At least 60% by weight of the polyurethane is composed of diisocyanates, polyesterdiols, and at least one bifunctional carboxylic acid selected from dihydroxy carboxylic acids and diamino carboxylic acids, wherein the polyurethane has no melting point above 20° C. or wherein the polyurethane has a melting point above 20° C. with an enthalpy of fusion lower than 10 J/g, and wherein a film of the polyurethane adhesive is biodegradable at home compost conditions.
COVER MEMBER AND MEMBER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SAME
A cover member of the present invention is a cover member to be placed on a face of an object to prevent passage of a foreign matter through an opening of the face, the cover member including: a protective membrane having a shape configured to cover the opening when the cover member is placed on the face; and a first substrate layer joined to one of principal surfaces of the protective membrane. The first substrate layer has a laminated structure including at least two substrate films, and is positioned between the protective membrane and the face when the cover member is placed on the face. The at least two substrate films include a non-foam film and a foam film. The cover member of the present invention is suitable for improving the peelability from a member supply sheet.
MULTI-LAYER STRUCTURE
A multi-layer structure includes a glass layer having a thickness of greater than or equal to 10 μm and less than or equal to 200 μm; and a resin layer. A number of unit lamination structures in a thickness direction of the multi-layer structure is greater than or equal to 5 and less than or equal to 20,000, the unit lamination structure being a lamination structure composed of the glass layer and the resin layer.
