Laminating device, image forming apparatus, and image forming system
A laminating device inserts a sheet-shaped medium into a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are overlaid and partially bonded, and includes a loader, a fixing device, and control circuitry. The loader loads the sheet-shaped medium or a cleaning sheet. The fixing device laminates the two-ply sheet in which the sheet-shaped medium is sandwiched between the two sheets of the two-ply sheet. The control circuitry performs a cleaning mode of conveying a plurality of cleaning sheets from the loader to clean the fixing device. The cleaning mode is to convey a subsequent cleaning sheet of the plurality of cleaning sheets at a position different from a position of a preceding cleaning sheet of the plurality of cleaning sheets in a direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the plurality of cleaning sheets.
SHEET SEPARATION DEVICE, SHEET LAMINATOR, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet separation device includes a sheet separator and a conveyor. The sheet separator separates a non-bonding portion of a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are overlapped and bonded together at a bonding portion of the two-ply sheet. The conveyor conveys the two-ply sheet toward the sheet separator while bending the two-ply sheet in a direction that intersects a conveyance direction of the two-ply sheet.
Adhesive connection of a support component between the ends of a frame member in a packaging machine
A food processing apparatus has a frame assembly in which frame members are joined using adhesive, such as an epoxy. The frame members are comprised of stainless steel and the adhesive is applied so that exterior surfaces of the stainless steel frame members are free of any adhesive residue. Adhesive may be used to join exterior frame members as well as interior frame members, such as those used to support mechanical components of the processing apparatus.
Insulating device backpack
An insulating device backpack may include an outer shell, a first sidewall defining a front portion of the insulating device backpack, and a second sidewall and a third sidewall defining side portions of the insulating device backpack, and a fourth sidewall defining a back portion of the insulating device backpack, an inner liner forming a storage compartment, an insulating layer positioned in between the outer shell and the inner liner, the insulating layer providing insulation for the storage compartment, and an opening configured to allow access to the storage compartment, and a closure adapted to seal the opening.
A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PANEL INCLUDING A REINFORCEMENT SHEET, AND A FLOOR PANEL
A method for manufacturing a panel including a reinforcement sheet having the steps of: providing a first layer of thermoplastic material, providing a reinforcement sheet, laying the reinforcement sheet and the first layer onto each other, applying a second layer of thermoplastic material on top of the reinforcement sheet at a side facing away from the first layer, at least partially melting the thermoplastic materials of the first layer and the second layer, adhering the at least partially melted first layer, the at least partially melted second layer and the reinforcement sheet to each other so as to form the panel. Additionally, the reinforcement sheet and the first layer are adhered to each other by pressing them together after at least partially melting the thermoplastic material of the first layer, but before applying the second layer of thermoplastic material onto the reinforcement sheet.
LAMINATION DEVICE
The lamination device includes a main member with an input slot and an output slot. Inside the main member, there are a left plate, a right plate, and a power element. A first input shaft, a second input shaft, a first output shaft, and a second output shaft are pivotally positioned between the left plate and the right plate. The first input shaft and the first output shaft are surrounded by a first transmission belt, and the second input shaft and the second output shaft are surrounded by a second transmission belt. The first transmission belt and the second transmission belt are configured with heater members, each including a heating element and a pre-heat piece. The to-be-laminated objected is inserted into the input slot, carried between the first transmission belt and the second transmission belt, and thermally sealed by the heater members.
Rigid slit-tube laminate system
Laminate structures and methods of making laminate structures having overwrapped laminate edges which resist delamination and fraying or including one or more stabilizer laminates which afford greater radial and torsional rigidity in longitudinally slit tube structures.
Touch panel
A touch panel includes: a body connected to wiring drawn out to the outside of the touch panel; a sheet member to which decoration printing is added; an adhesive that pastes the sheet member on the body and is the same size as the sheet member; and a non-adhesion film formed between the adhesive and the wiring.
Hermetic seal and a method of assembling
A hermetic seal between an optical element and a metal mount or housing using a fluoropolymer. The fluoropolymer is dispersed along the interior edge of the metal mount. The metal mount and fluoropolymer are then heated to a temperature exceeding the melting point of the fluoropolymer. Once heated the optical element is pressed into the metal mount and allowed to cool. The metal mount, optical element and thickness of fluoropolymer are sized to provide an interference fit between the metal mount and optical element.
VEHICLE SEAT PROTECTION COVER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A VEHICLE SEAT PROTECTION COVER AND METHOD FOR USE OF A VEHICLE SEAT PROTECTION COVER
The invention relates to a vehicle seat protection cover, which has been manufactured from a one-piece material sheet, which consists, e.g., of a fleece. The vehicle seat protection cover according to the invention has a front layer and a back layer, which limit an upper pocket and a lower pocket. The vehicle seat protection cover comprises an opening extending over its entire length. For one embodiment the vehicle seat protection cover is made of a non-woven material or a fleece material.
