Foam product
The foam product includes a foam core, a first outer layer, and a first binding layer. The foam core has a top surface and a bottom surface. The first outer layer is disposed on the top surface and has an outer surface with a visible pattern. The first binding layer is disposed between the first outer layer and the top surface of the foam core for firmly binding the first outer layer, the binding layer, and the foam core together as an integral structure. The binding layer consists of: 10 to 40 wt % of anhydride modified ethylene acrylate resin; 3 to 10 wt % of butane; 0.05 to 0.2 wt % of foaming agent; 0.05 to 3.0 wt % of stabilizer; and remaining part of low density polyethylene (LDPE) resin. So, the entire structure is simple. In addition, it can improve the adhering effect and the safety.
Pipe Insulation Jacket with Reinforcement Member
A reinforced insulation jacket for a pipe includes a first jacket member and a second jacket member, each jacket member including a dimensionally stable, thermally insulating material having the shape of a semi hollow cylinder. Both the first jacket member and second jacket member have substantially identical cross sectional shape and are adapted to be joined to form a hollow cylinder, thereby enclosing the pipe to be insulated. A reinforcement member is located within the dimensionally stable, thermally insulating material body of at least one of the jacket members. This reinforcement member generally comprises a rod component and two end cap pieces. The end cap pieces generally are plastic, and rod component, in various embodiments, generally includes iron, steel, or a hard plastic, and generally is a rigid rod. The reinforcement member provides additional stiffness to the dimensionally stable, thermally insulating material body of the jacket member.
MULTILAYER DISSOLVABLE SOLID ARTICLE CONTAINING COATING COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR MAKING THE SAME
This present invention provides dissolvable solid articles comprising multiple layers of flexible, dissolvable, porous sheets, in which a coating composition is present on at least one internal surface of at least one sheet in said solid articles. The present invention also provides a process for making such solid articles.
LIQUID APPLIED ROOFING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FORMING ROOFS
A method of forming a sloped roof can comprise obtaining a base layer comprising at least one of a permeable mesh, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, plastic, foam material or combinations thereof; applying the base layer over a roofing substrate of the sloped roof; and applying a liquid roofing material to the base layer to form a liquid applied roof.
MULTILAYER SHEET COMPRISING A FOAMED LAYER SUITABLE FOR FOOD PACKAGING
The present invention relates to a multilayer sheet comprising at least two layers (A) and (B) in adherent contact with each other, wherein layer (A) is a foamed sheet comprising a high melt strength polypropylene composition and layer (B) is a coated non-foamed layer, which comprises a polypropylene composition, a process for producing said multilayer sheet, an article comprising said multilayer sheet and the use of said multilayer sheet for the production of an article with improved water vapor transmission and oxygen transmission properties.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

GARMENT INCORPORATING AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE DISPERSIONS HAVING ALTERED STRESS PROFILE
Articles, such as garments, including films comprising dried aqueous polyurethane dispersions are disclosed, whereby the garment has an altered stress which is exhibited during wear of the garment. The film may be bonded to the fabric of the article to provide a fabric or film laminate.
Aluminum composite panel containing aerogel and method for manufacturing same
An aluminum composite panel, containing an aerogel, includes an aerogel composite using a silica aerogel and a thermoplastic resin. A method for manufacturing the same includes providing an aluminum composite panel containing an aerogel, by molding an aerogel composite from a mixture of 1-90 wt % of a silica aerogel and 10-99 wt % of a thermoplastic resin, and then attaching aluminum plates on an upper surface and a lower surface of the aerogel composite, respectively, while an adhesive resin is coated on the upper surface and the lower surface. The aluminum composite panel containing an aerogel, manufactured according to the present invention, has a lower hygroscopic property than the conventional aluminum composite panel, due to the silica aerogel, and thus has an effect of exhibiting excellent adiabatic property and flame retardancy, retains excellent moldability, is light, and has an effect of facilitating a construction work.
DISCOLORATION RESISTANT FABRIC
A vinyl fabric includes a polymeric film supported on a substrate. The polymeric film is provided from a composition that includes one or more chlorinated resins (particularly PVC), at least one polymeric plasticizer, large amounts of TiO.sub.2, and at least one antioxidant. The combination of the plasticizer, titania and antioxidant provides the film, and in turn the fabric, with improved resistance to discoloration, particularly pink staining as results from the presence of chromophores produced by Streptoverticillium reticulum.
