Nonwoven fabric layered body, composite layered body, and cover sheet
A nonwoven fabric layered body includes a first nonwoven fabric layer including a crimped fiber (A), which is a fiber made of a thermoplastic polymer and which has an average crimp diameter of 800 ?m or less; and a hydrophilic agent.
Recyclable, asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile having varied denier
Aspects herein are directed to a recyclable, asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile suitable for use in apparel and other articles and methods of making the same. In example aspects, the asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile includes a first face formed, at least in part from a first entangled web of fibers and an opposite second face formed, at least in part from a second entangled web of fibers. When incorporated into an article of apparel, the first face forms an outer-facing surface of the article of apparel, and the second face forms an inner-facing surface of the article of apparel. The first face includes features making it suitable to form the outer-facing surface such as resistance to abrasion, and the second face includes features making it suitable to form an inner-facing surface such as a soft hand.
DEVELOPMENT MEDIUM, HEAT DEVELOPMENT METHOD, AND HEAT DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM
A development medium for flexographic heat development, the development medium having a porosity of 35% or more and 95% or less, and an elastic recovery rate of 40% or more and 99% or less.
Spunbonded laminate
A laminate has first and second spunbonded nonwoven layers at least one of which comprises or consists essentially of crimped continuous filaments that are bicomponent filaments having a first component based on polypropylene and a second component based on polypropylene. A specific density ? (g/cm.sup.3) of the spunbonded nonwoven laminate depending on the surface density of the spunbonded nonwoven laminate lies below a density limit ?.sub.G defined by the following equation:
?.sub.G=9 cm.sup.?1?surface density g/cm.sup.2+0.0393 g/cm.sup.3.
COSMETIC
An elastic body for holding a cosmetic, which can suppress that the cosmetic included in the elastic body for holding a cosmetic is taken out from the elastic body in a large amount at a time at the initial stage of use, wherein the elastic body for holding a cosmetic has a three-dimensional structure, and at least a dense fibrous surface layer and a sparse fibrous substrate; a cosmetic-containing elastic body in which a cosmetic is included in the elastic body for holding cosmetic; and a cosmetic article having the cosmetic-containing elastic body.
SPUN-BONDED COMPOSITE WIPING NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A spunbound composite wiping non-woven fabric with a layered structure of an upper surface layer, a middle fiber layer, and a lower surface layer arranged in sequence; at least one of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer is formed by a spunbound filaments, and the middle fiber layer is formed at least by viscose fibers; a weight of the middle fiber layer is greater than or equal to 65% of a total weight of the spunbound composite wiping non-woven fabric; fiber interfacing and intertwining areas exist between the upper surface layer and the middle fiber layer, as well as between the lower surface layer and the middle fiber layer.
Sound insulation with multilayer fibre insulation; and method of manufacturing the same
Disclosed is a floor covering insulation for a motor vehicle with a multi-layer, preferably flocked, fibre insulation which, by a soft/smooth coupling layer to the wear surface, realises a sound insulation floor covering with improved acoustic and mechanical-physical properties, with a simultaneous reduction in weight if possible. Also disclosed is a process for manufacturing the sound insulation.
MULTI-LAYER PROTECTIVE ELEMENT OF A BATTERY
A multi-layer protective element for thermal insulation of a battery, a battery with such a protective element and the use of such a protective element are proposed. The protective element comprises a foam layer, a compressible fibre layer in the form of a sewn non-woven needled fibre fleece, and preferably one or two protective layers containing mica. This allows high compressibility as well as good insulation properties.
NONWOVEN SURFACE COVERING ELEMENTS HAVING TONGUE AND GROOVE
A surface covering element can have a rigid core. The rigid core can include at least one densified fiber batt. The rigid core can have a first surface and an opposed second surface that are spaced apart along a first axis. The rigid core can have a plurality of edges that define a periphery of the rigid core. The plurality of edges can include at least a first edge and an opposed second edge that are spaced along a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis. The first edge can include a tongue, and the second edge can define a groove.
COMPOSTABLE COMPOSITIONS, ARTICLES AND METHODS OF MAKING COMPOSTABLE ARTICLES
The present application relates to compostable articles and compositions including at least one biodegradable polymer and a hydrophobic agent. In some embodiments, the compostable articles and compositions include a second biodegradable polymer, different from the first biodegradable polymer. In some embodiments, the first biodegradable polymer is selected from the group consisting of poly(ethylene succinate) (PES), poly(trimethylene succinate) (PTS), poly(butylene succinate) (PBS), poly(butylene succinate co-butylene adipate) (PBSA), poly (butylene adipate co-terephthalate) (PBAT), poly(tetramethylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PTAT), and thermoplastic starch. In some embodiments, the presently described articles include packaging.
