Muscle optimization device and method
A system, device and method are provided for exposing a patient to therapeutic resonant frequency patterns (RFP) for therapy and treatment of a patient, for example, biological tissue such as muscle, tendon, ligament, and nerve tissue. The resonance frequencies originate from many bioactive substances, pharmaceuticals or other compounds, and key frequencies of the RFP of a compound can be replicated and then delivered to a patient using an electromagnetic catalyst to provide therapeutic benefits. RFPs can be imprinted in a separate device using a plasma imprinting device and method. This separate device can be actively excited by a delivery mechanism that uses electromagnetic or mechanical waves to interact with the device. The actively excited device transmits the RFPs or therapeutic resonant frequency patterns to the patient for similar enhancements and therapeutic benefits.
Treatment of pelvic floor disorders using targeted lower limb nerve stimulation
Methods and systems for improving nerve stimulation are disclosed which relate to shaping characteristics of the stimulation field such as by using different geometries and locations of stimulation. In embodiments, systems and methods are provided to improve selective modulation of specific targeted neural substrate, while minimizing the activation of adjacent non-targeted nervous tissue. Disclosed is a radiation and magnetic field generating apparatus irradiating photon beam radiation to in-body affected tissue of a subject. The apparatus includes a radiation generating unit that irradiates the photon beam radiation to the subject and induces generation of secondary electrons in an area of the subject where the photon beam radiation is irradiated, a magnetic field generating unit that includes an insertion structure for forming a low-density space and forms a magnetic field in an area in which the secondary electrons are generated, and a synchronization control unit that controls formation of the magnetic field and controls the formation of the magnetic field such that the secondary electrons move while avoiding normal tissue adjacent to the affected tissue.
BATHING APPARATUS FOR THERMOTHERAPY
A bathing device for thermotherapy includes, attached to a bathtub, a magnetized hot water production device through which hot water is passed so as to be magnetized and an aeration device that aerates said magnetized hot water.
REHABILITATION ASSISTANT SYSTEM FOR PATIENTS WITH DEPRESSION
A rehabilitation assistant system for a patient with depression is provided, comprising a support unit, an audio stimulation unit, an acupoint stimulation unit, an electronic stimulation unit, a display and optical frequency-flashed stimulation and an exercise unit. The audio stimulation unit comprises two speakers configured for broadcasting a binaural beats with frequency following response which has an audio frequency difference to two ears of the user. The acupoint stimulation unit comprises acupoint agents, and at least a part of the acupoint agents are arranged on the support unit. The electronic stimulation unit comprises two electrical stimulation agents arranged on the support unit, and the display and optical frequency-flashed stimulation is arranged on the support unit and is switchable between a display mode and an optical frequency-flashed stimulation mode so that multiple stimulations are performed simultaneously in a single treatment course.
Device for electrical and magnetic tissue stimulation
This invention corresponds to an electrical and magnetic tissue stimulation device comprising a multi-source distribution circuit, a decoupled output stage circuit connected to the multi-source distribution circuit and to a control unit; the control unit is connected to the multi-source distribution circuit and to the decoupled output stage circuit, where the control unit generates PE and Out outputs for electrical and magnetic stimulation of a tissue. The invention also has a multi-source distribution circuit that comprises a control unit connected to a source output selector. A voltage regulator circuit is connected to a current limiter. The current limiter is connected to a capacitor, to a capacitor bank and to the source output sector, wherein the control unit controls the source output selector by means of an output control signal bus, the source output selector connects or disconnects one or more capacitors from the capacitor bank.

Respiratory function can be preserved and/or enhanced in patients with a respiratory insufficiency using a photoceutical applied by a photoceutical medical device to at least one primary inspiratory muscle and/or a lung. At least one site on a body of a patient can be selected for delivery of the photoceutical to the muscle(s); and the photoceutical can be applied at the at least one site by the photoceutical medical device for a time period from a first start time to a first end time to treat the at least one primary inspiratory muscle and/or the lung of the patient to preserve and/or enhance the respiratory function. The photoceutical can include a light signal with at least one delivery scheme (e.g., superpulsed, pulsed. and/or continuous) and one or more wavelengths.
Method and apparatus for multi modal electrical modulation of pain
Apparatus and methods for managing pain uses separate varying electromagnetic fields, with a variety of temporal and amplitude characteristics, which are applied to a particular neural structure to modulate glial and neuronal interactions as a mechanism for relieving chronic pain. In another embodiment, a single composite modulation/stimulation signal which has rhythmically varying characteristics is used to achieve the same results as separate varying electromagnetic fields. Also, disclosed is an apparatus and method for modulating the expression of genes involved in diverse pathways including inflammatory/immune system mediators, ion channels and neurotransmitters, in both the Spinal Cord (SC) and Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) where such expression modulation is caused by spinal cord stimulation or peripheral nerve stimulation using the disclosed apparatus and techniques. In one embodiment of multimodal modulation therapy, the prime signal may be monophasic, or biphasic, in which the polarity of the first phase of the biphasic prime signal may be either cathodic or anodic while the tonic signal may be either monophasic, or biphasic, with the polarity of the first phase of the biphasic tonic signal being either cathodic or anodic.
