Provided herein are products, methods, and kits, for use in regulating the temperature of an object. The present invention relates to thermal insulating liners for regulating the temperature of perishable goods or temperature sensitive products. The thermal insulating liners generally may be dimensioned to fit within a container. The thermal insulating liners may be quickly collapsed and reconstructed to improve stackability and diminish the amount of space required to store the thermal insulating liners prior to use.

The invention relates to a garment (1), especially to a sports garment, which comprises a region (2) which is in contact with a wearer during intended use, wherein the region (2) comprises at least one material layer (3). To allow an improved ventilation at those locations where the same is really needed the invention proposes that the region (2) has at least one receiving space (4) in which microorganisms (5) are placed, wherein the microorganisms (5) are selected to corrode at least a portion of the material layer (3) under certain conditions.

A drug-loaded composite nanofiber membrane system, the system including a first nanofiber layer, a second nanofiber layer, and a third nanofiber layer. The first nanofiber layer includes a poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) copolymer, poly(p-dioxanone) and a drug. The second nanofiber layer includes the poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) copolymer, polyglycolic acid and the drug. The third nanofiber layer includes the poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) copolymer, polyethylene glycol and the drug.

A laminated pre-applied membrane is provided. The membrane comprises a layer of polyethylene and a rubber or rubber-based layer.

An article of footwear is provided that includes a sole structure and an upper attached to the sole structure. The upper includes an exterior layer and a base layer, and the exterior layer includes a biodegradable layer and a biologically active agent capable of biodegrading the biodegradable layer.

A paperboard structure includes a paperboard substrate having a first surface and an opposed second surface. A biopolymer coating is applied by extrusion or co-extrusion to at least one of the first surface and the second surface. A laminated pre-applied membrane is provided. The membrane comprises a layer of polyethylene and a rubber or rubber-based layer.

A recyclable article includes 50-90 wt % of at least one polyethylene having a density in the range 0.94 to 0.97 g/cm.sup.3. The article exhibits Young's modulus less than 700 MPa; and a haze value less than or equal to 50%. The recyclable article can be included in a film or a laminate. The article can be prepared using a blown film extrusion process.

A flying leads assembly includes a flying lead having an inner layer which forms a liquid passage and an outer layer which acts as a sacrificial layer in use, thereby allowing integrity of the passage to be maintained for a long period of time. A further layer is provided intermediate the inner and outer layers which can be used to provide support to the assembly.
