SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE
An object is to provide a screen printing machine capable of one-way printing on multiple boards. Solder collecting device includes collecting plate moving device, collecting plate, and scraper. Second slider of collecting plate moving device is movable in a front-rear direction along a second guide rail, and is also movable in an up-down direction. Collecting plate is placed on second slider. After squeegee passes by the tail end of printing region of mask, collecting plate is disposed so as to be positioned rearward of squeegee and collects the cream solder moved by the rearward movement of squeegee. Scraper is attached to collecting plate to be movable in a left-right direction and collects the cream solder remaining on mask.
PRINTING APPARATUS AND ACCOMMODATION APPARATUS
A printing apparatus of the present disclosure is for performing printing of a viscous fluid onto a print target using a screen mask, the printing apparatus including: a moving section configured to perform at least one of moving an exchangeable member to an exchange position or loading and unloading of the exchangeable member, for at least two types of the exchangeable member that, out of a cartridge configured to house the viscous fluid, a squeegee, a screen mask, a cleaning member used to clean the screen mask, and a support member configured to fix the print target, include at least one out of the cartridge, the squeegee, and the cleaning member; and an exchange control section configured to control the moving section to perform exchange processing of exchanging the exchangeable member.
SCREEN PRINTING APPARATUS, MASK CLEANER, AND BLADE
A screen printing apparatus includes a print head, a moving base, and a mask cleaner. The print head prints a paste onto a board through the mask. The moving base moves under the mask in a horizontal paste scraping direction. The mask cleaner is mounted to the moving base and moves under the mask integrally with the moving base, and scrapes off the paste adhering to a lower surface of the mask. A base body is mounted to the moving base and includes a longitudinal side being horizontal and intersecting the paste scraping direction. Plurality of blades are detachably mounted to the base body and extending in the longitudinal direction and are arranged side by side in parallel to the paste scraping direction and cause a paste scraping edge protruding upward from the base body to come into abutment against the lower surface of the mask.
Rotary screen printing apparatus and process
The present disclosure is directed to a rotary screen printing apparatus, comprising: a rotary cylindrical screen; a conduit which provides fluid communication to an internal volume of the rotary cylindrical screen; and, a heater whose output is directed towards the conduit.

ISOLATED PASTE DISPENSER
A printing machine includes an isolated chamber for the print medium cartridge, which chamber can be opened and accessed without interrupting the print process. In order to enable such a configuration, the cartridge and its cradle are also separated from the print carriage and carried on a shuttle movably mounted on a static rail. The shuttle includes a wall section which acts to isolate the chamber when the shuttle is located in a home position within the chamber.
SCREEN PRINTING DEVICE
The present application discloses a screen printing device, comprising: a transport mechanism, which is used to carry and transport a plate to be printed disposed on the transport mechanism; a rotating frame located above the transport mechanism, which is used for winding a screen and driving the screen rotation; and a glue container located in the rotating frame and disposed to be independent of the rotating frame, wherein a lower portion of the glue container is provided with a glue outlet and a scraper, and the scraper is located beside the glue outlet. Since the screen printing device adopts a rolling printing mode, the tension generated by each position of the screen at the scraper is the same, thereby avoiding the poor printing uniformity due to the tension difference during the printing process.
System and method for depositing a material on a workpiece
A manufacturing system for applying a material to a workpiece comprising a blade unit having a blade element for selectively moving along first and second axes for applying the material to the workpiece. A reciprocating motor is coupled to the blade unit for reciprocating the blade element along the first axis concurrent with movement of the blade element along the second axis, and a vibration detector is coupled to the blade unit for detecting the vibrational movement of the blade element. The vibration detector generates an output signal corresponding to the vibrational movement of the blade element. A control unit is coupled to the vibration detector for generating an output signal in response to the vibration detector signal, and a regulating device adjusts a parameter of the reciprocating motor in response to the output signal of the control unit.
