CONVEYOR AND LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A conveyor includes a conveyance roller to convey a conveyed object, a pair of roller supports opposing to each other and supporting both ends of the conveyance roller in an axial direction thereof, a position sensor to detect a position of the conveyed object, and a sensor support supporting the position sensor. Each of the pair of roller supports has an insertion hole into which the sensor support is inserted. The insertion hole determines a position of the sensor support in a direction intersecting an insertion direction of the sensor support. The sensor support includes a positioning portion determining the position of the sensor support with respect to at least one of the pair of roller supports. The positioning portion determines the position of the sensor support in the insertion direction, a direction opposite to the insertion direction, and a rotational direction about an axis along the insertion direction.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, LIQUID DISCHARGE METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A liquid discharge apparatus to discharge liquid to apply the liquid to an object includes a head, a mover, a rotator, and processing circuitry. The head has a nozzle surface in which a plurality of nozzle rows each including a plurality of nozzles to discharge the liquid are arranged. The mover relatively moves the head and the object in each of a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to each other along the nozzle surface. The rotator rotates the head along the nozzle surface. The processing circuitry controls the relative movement to correct unevenness of a nozzle interval between the plurality of nozzles along the second direction caused by an inclination between the first direction and a third direction when the head is rotated. The third direction is a direction in which the plurality of nozzles are arranged in each of the plurality of nozzle rows.
Device and method for printing and inspecting tablet
The present disclosure relates to a device for simultaneously performing printing of tablets and inspection on exteriors of the tablets, and provides a device for printing a tablet and inspecting an exterior of the tablet, comprising a transfer unit arranging and transferring tablets supplied from a tablet supplier in a line; a pre-printing image-capturing unit located on a transfer path on which the tablets are transferred to discriminate positions and orientations of the tablets, and disposed to capture images of exteriors of the tablets being transferred; a tablet printing unit located next to the pre-printing image-capturing unit on the transfer path on which the tablets are transferred, and printing the tablets being transferred, in consideration of discriminated results acquired from the images captured by the pre-printing image-capturing unit; and a post-printing image-capturing unit located next to the tablet printing unit on the transfer path on which the tablets are transferred, and capturing images of exteriors of the printed tablets being transferred, to inspect the images or printed results of the printed tablets. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of functions may be performed with a single device, to maximize work efficiency in time and space, and reduce costs.
LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS
A liquid ejection apparatus includes a medium container, a liquid ejection head, a mover, and a controller. The mover is configured to execute, among a first moving operation of moving a sheet-like medium and a second moving operation of moving the liquid ejection head, at least the first moving operation. The controller causes the liquid ejection head and the mover to alternately or simultaneously perform execution of the first moving operation and execution of ejection and second moving operations, and adjusts at least one selected from the group of an amount of liquid to be ejected, a time interval between the ejection operations when alternately performing execution of the first moving operation and execution of the ejection and second moving operations, and a moving speed of the medium when simultaneously executing the ejection operation and the first moving operation, according to medium information relating to curling of the medium.
Recording device and curl determination method
There is provided a recording device including a transport section that transports paper along a support surface; a recording section; a determination region setting section; a liquid volume ratio calculation section; a determination section; and a recording position adjustment section that, when the determination section determines that the average value is larger than the threshold, adjusts a distance of the recording section from the support surface to a distance which is longer than a case in which the average value is not larger than the threshold.
