A circular integrated ecological breeding and planting system including a plurality of units capable of growing vegetables, producing worms, breeding and raising chickens, and growing seaweed is provided to collectively construct a simplified simulated food. It not only unifies the lower and upper ecological food chains, but also minimizes pollution and undesirable waste. The system is particularly suitable for enclosed and intensive production within a single enclosed building to greatly reduce the production cost. This proposed eco-agricultural model has applications beyond its current configuration and can be applied to grow other plants, and to breed and raise other animals in the future.

Method of hormone-free shoot tip culture for citrus

A hormone-free culture method for a citrus shoot tip is provided, including: (1) selecting a citrus branch to make an explant; (2) washing with sterile water after disinfection; (3) inserting the explant into a Murashige and Skoog (MS) solid medium and culturing to produce a branch with new buds; (4) preparing a Murashge and Tucker (MT) liquid medium solution; (5) taking a shoot tip, and inoculating in a liquid medium for primary culture; (6) selecting a seed of a trifoliate orange or a citrange and peeling off a testa; washing with the sterile water after disinfection; (7) inoculating a resulting seed into a test tube containing the MS solid medium to obtain an etiolated seedling; (8) cutting a T-shaped incision and placing the shoot tip in a middle of the T-shaped incision to obtain a grafted seedling; and (9) conducting a secondary grafting.

In particular, the present invention is directed to a transgenic plant or a plant cell in which a nucleic acid molecule encoding an m.sup.6A demethylase is introduced, wherein said m.sup.6A demethylase has the following two domains: i) N-terminal domain (NTD) having the function of AlkB oxidation demethylase; and ii) C-terminal domain (CTD). The present invention is also directed to a method for producing said plant, comprising introducing a nucleic acid molecule encoding an m.sup.6A demethylase into a regenerable plant cell, and regenerating a transgenic plant from the regenerable plant cell.
