The present teachings provide for a fashion accessory, a kit comprising components of the fashion accessory, and method for constructing the fashion accessory utilizing adhesive decorations for the imaginative configuration of wearable articles. The adhesive decorations are combined to form charms, which are capable of being affixed to wearable articles. The fashion accessory includes one or more first adhesive decorations and one or more second adhesive decorations, which provide for one or more charms, which affix to wearable articles.

A glitter framed poster board having relatively large size glitter chips. A rectangular frame is laminated onto peripheral regions of a poster board. The rectangular frame includes four strips of paper arranged to form the frame. Each strip is coated on one side to adhere thereto the large size glitter chips that fully cover the strips. Methods and apparatus to form venting channels on a panel for a decorative layer are disclosed. An example method includes contacting an outer surface of a tool to an outer resin layer of a panel. The outer surface of the tool has protrusions. The example method includes moving the outer surface of the tool on the outer resin layer of the panel in a first direction to cause the protrusions of the tool to form first venting channels on the outer resin layer of the panel and coupling a decorative layer to the outer resin layer of the panel via an adhesive layer. The first venting channels are to vent at least one of gas or vapor away from the decorative layer to deter separation of a portion of the decorative layer from the outer resin layer.

There are provided a decorative sheet which has excellent weatherability and in which white pigment particles are dispersed well, and a decorative material using the decorative sheet. The decorative sheet includes at least a substrate and a surface protective layer. The surface protective layer contains an ultraviolet absorber, and the substrate contains white pigment particles.
