Composite stone panel and manufacturing method thereof
A composite stone panel (1) is provided. The composite stone panel (1) comprises a front panel and a backing panel. The back of the front panel comprises a counter-relief image (11) filled with a light-transmitting reinforcing filler and is attached to the backing panel. The backing panel comprises a light source (6) or an opening for receiving the light source (6). The light source (6) or opening is positioned to transmit light towards the counter-relief image (11). A relief (3) is then formed at the front of the composite stone panel (1). The relief (3) is positioned opposite to the counter-relief image (11).
PANEL WITH STONE VENEER
The present invention relates to a panel (20) and a method for manufacturing such a panel, in particular a wall, ceiling or flooring panel, comprising a carrier board (10) with a front surface and a rear surface. The carrier board (10) is a mineral wool board or a fiber cement board with a thickness of 3 to 30 mm and comprises on its front surface a layer (26) made of a stone veneer.
Decorated Surface-Structured Wall Or Floor Panel
A decorated and surface-structured wall or floor panel comprises a carrier made of a plastic composite material, a primer layer disposed on a surface of the carrier, a decorative layer disposed on the primer layer, a layer of a radiation-curable varnish disposed on the decorative layer, a structured plastic film disposed on the layer of a radiation-curable varnish, and a topcoat layer disposed on the structured plastic film. The carrier comprises a plastic-containing matrix material in which a fibre mineral material is embedded.
Clay-Based Composition of Sentimental Value For Use As a Reliquary
The present invention relates to a composition comprising clay and a sample of biological material of human, animal or vegetable origin. Moreover, the invention relates to the use of said composition for manufacturing an emotional or commemorative object, or a reliquary.
The purpose of the composition of the invention is to create an emotional bond between an object comprising said composition and the user who acquires it.
STONE COMPOSITE BOARD AND PROCESSING METHOD
According to a processing method of a stone composite board, the two sides of a natural stone board are ground and flattened until a preset standard value of thickness variation is reached, then the surface planes and base material layers are subjected to pressure-compositing through adhesive layers, afterwards splitting is conducted, and the natural stone layer is subjected to calibrated planing with diamond roller and surface treatment to obtain the ultra-thin stone composite board.
Method of producing a veneered element
A method of producing a veneered element (10), including providing a substrate (1), applying a sub-layer (2) on a surface of the substrate (1), applying a veneer layer (3) on the sub-layer (2), and applying pressure to the veneer layer (3) and/or the substrate (1), such that at least a portion of the sub-layer (2) permeates through the veneer layer (3). Also, such a veneered element (10).
Decorated surface-structured wall or floor panel
The disclosure relates to a decorated, surface-structured wall or floor panel and a method for manufacturing same. The decorated, surface-structured wall or floor panel of the disclosure comprises a substrate made of a plastic composite material, a primer coat on a surface of the substrate, a decorative coat on the primer coat, a coat of radiation-curable varnish on the decorative coat, a structured plastic film on the coat of radiation-curable varnish, and a coat of finishing varnish on the structured plastic film.
Decorative building board and method for producing such a building board
The invention relates to a method for the automated decoration of a building board, comprising at least one smoothing compound layer and preferably at least one colour coat. The method comprises the steps of smoothing and decorating the building board, wherein the smoothing includes the steps of (i) calibrating the building board to a nominal thickness, so that a surface of the building board has a height difference of at most 1 mm, (ii) applying a layer of a smoothing compound, (iii) pressing the smoothing compound into the surface structures of the building board, and (iv) recalibrating to the nominal thickness. Preferably, a plurality of smoothing compound layers are pressed into a calibrated surface of the building board and partially ground away again. The method is particularly well suited for the production of fire-resisting building boards.
PLASTIC FLOORBOARD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY USING DIGITAL PRINTING
A plastic floor board processing technology using digital printing, aiming to solve the problem relating to the high production cost, comprising the steps of: preparing a base material; blending the base material; extruding the blended base material into a mold to form a stone-plastic base material; adjusting a gap between a surface embossing roll and a bottom embossing roll to enable the stone-plastic base material to pass through the gap; generating embossing patterns and positioning marks at equal intervals on a surface of the stone-plastic base material; cooling the stone-plastic base material; cutting the stone-plastic base material into plastic floorboards; using a digital printer to print the plastic floorboards. According to the present disclosure, patterns are directly printed on the surface of the stone-plastic base material, which avoids the processes of arranging a color film and a wear layer, lowers the production cost and improves the production efficiency.
DECORATIVE STONE PANEL
A decorative stone panel is provided, which comprises a natural stone panel (1), a ceramic tile (4), a light source (2) and curable transparent adhesive resin (3). The ceramic tile (4) is bonded to the inner surface of the natural stone plate (1). Counter-relies (9) are provided on the inner surface of the natural stone plate (1). The stone thickness at the bottom of the counter-reliefs (9) is 1 mm to 3.5 mm. The counter-reliefs (9) form a counter-relief figure. A cavity is provided between the counter-reliefs (9) and the body of the ceramic tile (4). The light source (2) is provided within the cavity. The cavity is also filled with curable transparent adhesive resin (3) on the side of the counter-reliefs (9) The decorative panel has good light transmitting properties and the light-transmitting surface is less prone to damage.
