Formfitting securing device for a roller
A formfitting securing device for a roller has a rotation blocking engagement part which is biased into an engagement position by means of a first spring. The first spring exerts a bias onto the rotation-blocking engagement part both in the engaged position as well as in the nonengaged position, and a bias is achieved in the non-engaged position by acting on the rotation-blocking engagement part by means of a second spring.
Radiographic imaging apparatus comprising a leg unit having three or more wheel units
A radiographic imaging apparatus in which a radiation source support unit supports a radiation source is adapted to be capable of being quickly carried to a use position in a small radius. A radiographic imaging apparatus includes a leg unit that includes three or more wheel units and is capable of traveling on an apparatus-placement surface by using wheels, a body unit that is held on the leg unit, an arm unit as a radiation source support unit that is connected to the body unit, a radiation source that is mounted on the arm unit, a battery that is received in the body unit and drives the radiation source, and a circuit that is received in the body unit and relates to the drive of the radiation source. The wheel unit is formed of a revolving caster.
FORMFITTING SECURING DEVICE FOR A ROLLER

The first spring exerts a bias onto the rotation-blocking engagement part both in the engaged position as well as in the nonengaged position, and a bias is achieved in the non-engaged position by acting on the rotation-blocking engagement part by means of a second spring.
Patient Transport Apparatus With Cable Connected Brake And Steer Lock Assemblies
A patient transport apparatus comprises a support structure. The support structure comprises a base, a frame, and a patient support surface to support a patient. The patient transport apparatus also includes a first and a second caster assembly respectively coupled to the support structure to facilitate movement of the support structure along a floor surface, with the first caster assembly comprising a first brake assembly and the second caster assembly comprising a second brake assembly. The patient transport apparatus also includes an actuator assembly operatively coupling the first and second brake assemblies, with the actuator assembly comprising a first and second actuator respectively operatively coupled to the first and second brake assemblies. The actuator assembly further comprises a cable assembly interconnecting the first and second actuator that places the operatively coupled first and second brake assemblies in the braked state or the unbraked state.
BRAKE DEVICE FOR SWIVEL CASTER
A brake device for a swivel caster has high durability with a simple power transmission structure, wherein a brake shoe is disposed so as to face a peripheral surface of a wheel of the swivel caster, a cable connected to an operation lever is inserted into a pivot shaft of the caster to be connected to the brake shoe, and a ball chain is interposed at least in a part of the cable inserted into the pivot shaft.
Caster assembly with brake assembly having low actuation force
A caster assembly comprises a caster wheel having an outer surface. A wheel support is coupled to the wheel to support the wheel for rotation about a rotational axis and for swiveling about a swivel axis. A brake assembly comprises a brake having a cammed wheel engaging surface shaped to engage the outer surface of the wheel and a brake actuator to move the brake relative to the wheel from an unbraked position to a braked position in which the brake limits rotation of the wheel about the rotational axis. The cammed wheel engaging surface is arranged to articulate relative to the wheel support. The cammed wheel engaging surface articulates relative to the wheel support in response to the wheel rotating about the rotational axis after the brake is initially placed in the braked position such that the cammed wheel engaging surface more deeply engages the wheel with rotation of the wheel about the rotational axis.
CASTER
The invention provides a caster comprising a bracket, a first transmission device and two wheels. The two wheels are connected by a transmission screw and are fixed to the bracket. The first transmission device comprises an annular retaining portion and a plurality of first balls, the plurality of first balls are equiangularly arranged in a circumferential direction of the annular retaining portion, and opposite sides of the annular retaining portion are respectively embedded in the respective wheels. The caster of the invention can solve the problems in the prior art that it is difficult to control the gap between the two wheels, the resistance generated between the two wheels is large and noise is easily generated.
Exercise machine
An exercise machine has a mobile base and an upright support extending upwards from the mobile base. An upper support assembly extends forward from an upper portion of the upright support and an exercise device is suspended from the upper support assembly at a location spaced forward from the upright support. The exercise machine may include a compact and safe counterbalancing gas spring mechanism that tends to move the exercise device away from the exerciser, and that requires a force to be applied to move an exercise device down towards the exerciser. The exercise machine may include an exercise device that is rotatable along a vertical axis, and may be coupled to an adjustable monitor for a wide range of uses. The exercise machine may be used by a exerciser lying supine, sitting in a chair or wheelchair, or standing in front of or adjacent the exercise machine.
Cargo blanket spreading apparatus and method
Apparatus for covering product containers loaded in a cargo container is disclosed. The apparatus includes an automated cord reel including a spool and a motor configured to drive the spool. The spool when activated reels in a cord attached to a cargo blanket to spread the cargo blanket over product containers in the cargo container in a smooth motion and/or relatively constant speed to prevent snagging on the product containers. The automated cord reel may be configured as a mobile unit with wheels. A brake system may be provided to prevent movement of the automated cord reel during operation. The automated cord reel may have a battery to provide electric power to the motor. A magnetic floor brake may be configured to hold a cart body in a selected position.
