WHEEL FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
This disclosure concerns wheels for industrial vehicles, including scissor lift vehicles and aerial platform vehicles. More particularly, this disclosure concerns a wheel fabricated with a substantially cylindrical wheel rim and a front face surface which includes a center hub section that is inwardly offset from the front edge by an amount and at an angle providing flexibility to recover from incidences that can damage the wheel.
Vehicle wheel for passenger cars
Vehicle wheel comprising a rim part and a disc part formed from a one-piece sheet metal blank and including a central portion with bolt holes and a plurality of radially extending spoke arrangements merging into a disc edge delimiting together with the spoke arrangements ventilation apertures which extend over the region between the edge webs and the disc edge. In order to create steel wheels with four-hole fixing in which high strength and stiffness are achieved the number of spoke arrangements and of bolt holes is four and these are in each case arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to a common radial line, with the width of each spoke arrangement narrowing radially towards the outside and each ventilation aperture extending in the circumferential direction over an arc length of more than of the circumference of the disc part. Further, each ventilation aperture is having on a radial line a maximum radial clear width which is equal to or preferably greater than the radial width of the metal portion of the disc part on the same radial line.
Tire rim structure and tire
A tire rim structure including an annular inner ring provided on the inner ring of a tire body and a circular outer ring provided on the outside of the tire body, fixedly connected to the annular inner ring, and formed by stamping. The annular inner ring includes an annular inner ring body formed by extrusion, an annular left ring provided at one side of the annular inner ring body and formed by extrusion, and an annular right ring provided at the other side of the annular inner ring body, connected to the circular outer ring, and formed by extrusion. A shaft hole is provided at the middle part of the circular outer ring.
Wheel hub assembly for a vehicle wheel and pole ring of an ABS sensor
In order to provide solutions for soiling problems and corrosion problems in the area between a pole ring (41) and the hub interior, arranged behind it, of a wheel hub assembly having a wheel hub (1) which ends inside the vehicle in a hub section (50) whose internal circumference (15) defines an opening (55) for the central passage of the stub axle (6) and on which a fastening device (42) of a pole ring (41) of an ABS sensor is mounted, wherein a pulse generator section (43) which is embodied in one piece with the fastening section (42) is a component of the pole ring (41), which pulse generator section (43) extends from the fastening section (42) to the wheel hub axis (A) and is provided with openings (44, 44L) distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction; in a first embodiment the pole ring (41) extends with its pulse generator section (43) towards the wheel hub axis (A) to such an extent that the opening (55) between the wheel hub (1) and stub axle (6) is for the most part covered towards the interior of the hub. In a second embodiment, at least some of the openings or slots have an extent (RL) towards the outside which is greater than the extent (R) which is necessary for sensing. Furthermore, it is proposed with respect to the pole ring (41) that some of the openings (44L) or slots have an extent (RL) towards the outside which is greater than the extent (R) of other openings (44) or slots.
Low-friction sealing assembly for a wheel-hub unit and wheel-hub unit equipped with such a sealing assembly
Low-friction sealing assembly for a vehicle wheel-hub unit inserted inside an annular interspace defined between a flanged rotating element and a stationary element, coaxial with each other, of the wheel-hub unit to protect at least one ring of revolving bodies arranged between the stationary element and the rotating element, and having a first annular screen and a second annular screen during use integral with the rotating element and with the stationary element; and an annular seal having lips that extend axially and radially projecting from the first screen towards the second screen inside an annular chamber defined by the first and second screens; the sealing assembly being a multi-stage sealing assembly provided with a first inner collecting stage designed to collect and expel some of the contaminants.
Stamped wheel balancing weight
A wheel-balancing weight mounts to a wheel with a flange. The weight includes a body and a clip. The body is stamped by a punch to define a pocket within which an attaching portion of the clip resides. The defined pocket has a planar base and opposing side walls generally perpendicular to the base. The body as stamped by the punch includes a pre-stake for each side wall external to the pocket and adjacent the side wall, and an undercut for each side wall within the pocket and generally located at a juncture of the side wall and the base.
Wheel for a vehicle
A wheel of a vehicle has a rim, a hub portion and at least two spokes connecting the hub portion to the rim. At least one spoke intermediate space between the spokes is at least partially covered by a single-piece cover element. A wing portion of the cover element is deformed axially away from the wheel when heat is supplied. The cover element is connected directly to the wheel, and the single-piece cover element is formed from a single material.
Wheel disc and production machine
One or more embodiments relate to a device configured to form at least partially at least one disc of a wheel having a rim and a hub support defining an axis of rotation, wherein the device has at least: one central zone; one peripheral zone partially surrounding the central zone; one first portion having at least one first layer and extending into the peripheral zone and into the central zone along a first axis; one second portion having at least one second layer and extending into the peripheral zone and into the central zone along a second axis different from the first axis; and in that the first portion and the second portion are superposed relative to one another at the level of the central zone defining a stack.
WHEEL DISC MANUFACTURING METHOD AND WHEEL DISC
A manufacturing method for a wheel disc, includes forming a flange portion, wherein the flange portion is formed such that an inner mold and an outer mold having a cylindrical inner surface with a first inside radius larger than the first outside radius and placed above the inner mold coaxially to the inner mold are brought close relative to each other in an axial direction by one stroke so that the outer edge of the disc material is bent downward, and the cylindrical inner surface of the outer mold is provided with recessed portions hollowed outwardly in a wheel radial direction, the recessed portions being formed in ranges corresponding to the window portions in the wheel circumferential direction and in a range from a middle position to a bottom end in the wheel axial direction.
