The present invention concerns a wheel construction as well as a method for making such a wheel construction for e.g. a construction or agricultural machine, such as a tractor, wherein the wheel construction at least includes a wheel rim made up of a rim ring for mounting a first tire and further includes a hub plate which at its outer periphery is fixed to the rim ring at a distance X1 from an annular edge thereof, and extending internally in the first rim ring between the rim ring and the central axis of the first wheel rim (rotary axis of the wheel rim), the first hub plate at an inner periphery including a number of holes and a contact face for mechanical and detachable fixing to either a central hub plate or directly to a hub of a vehicle.

The rising portion includes a thick portion located at a tip portion of the rising portion and a thickness-reduced portion which is a remaining portion of the rising portion excluding the thick portion. During the first step, only a portion of the blank corresponding to the thickness-reduced portion is ironed.

The present disclosure discloses an electric drive axle assembly and a vehicle having the electric drive axle assembly. The electric drive axle assembly includes: an electric power assembly and an axle case assembly. The electric power assembly includes a power motor, a transmission, and a differential; the transmission has a transmission housing, the power motor being fixed to the transmission housing; the differential is supported on the transmission housing. The axle case assembly includes an axle case component and two half axles, the two half axles and the differential are both located inside the axle case component, and the transmission housing is fixed to the axle case component. For the electric drive axle assembly according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the electric power assembly and the axle case assembly are integrated, which shortens a transmission chain, improves transmission efficiency, creates a compact structure and saves space.
Process and device for producing hot-formed wheel naves
A method for producing a wheel disk of a vehicle wheel may involve producing the wheel disk produced from a steel blank by hot forming. The blank may be at least partially hardened, preferably press-hardened, during or after the hot forming. The blank may be hot formed using at least one punch and at least one die, and at least one opening may be introduced into the blank using hot trimming means. At least one opening may be introduced during the hot trimming using at least one trimming bolt and an application bolt, wherein the application bolt may have at least one region having a cross-sectional shape that is variable in a longitudinal direction of the application bolt. Using the application bolt, the at least one opening may be calibrated via the variable cross sectional shape.

In order to create steel wheels with four-hole fixing in which high strength and stiffness are achieved the number of spoke arrangements and of bolt holes is four and these are in each case arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to a common radial line, with the width of each spoke arrangement narrowing radially towards the outside and each ventilation aperture extending in the circumferential direction over an arc length of more than ? of the circumference of the disc part. Further, each ventilation aperture is having on a radial line a maximum radial clear width which is equal to or preferably greater than the radial width of the metal portion of the disc part on the same radial line.
STAMPED WHEEL BALANCING WEIGHT
A wheel-balancing weight mounts to a wheel with a flange. The weight includes a body and a clip. The body is stamped by a punch to define a pocket within which an attaching portion of the clip resides. The defined pocket has a planar base and opposing side walls generally perpendicular to the base. The body as stamped by the punch includes a pre-stake for each side wall external to the pocket and adjacent the side wall, and an undercut for each side wall within the pocket and generally located at a juncture of the side wall and the base.
