The present invention is a cosmetic or dermatological preparation comprising 0.01% by weight to 5% by weight of at least one red light-filtering dye and 0.0001% by weight to 10% by weight of at least one anti-inflammatory active ingredient. The preparation can be used for the prophylaxis and treatment of sun-irritated skin and to aid the body's own repair mechanisms.

Compositions comprising 5-cholesten-3, 25-diol, 3-sulfate (25HC3S) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one cyclic oligosaccharide, e.g., a cyclodextrin (CD), are provided. The present disclosure relates to, inter alia, a formulation in a package, the formulation comprises one or more active agents and is co-mingled with a whipping agent prior to being filled under pressure into the package. The whipping agent is added in sufficient amounts to be dispersed in the formulation. The pressurized package is under sufficient pressure suitable to maintain the whipping agent dispersed in the formulation; and the pressurized package is under sufficient pressure to expel the formulation as a whipped formulation upon application of external force on the formulation in the package.

A near infrared blocking agent is provided which contains hydroxyapatite as an active ingredient effective to block near infrared rays. Also provided is a near infrared blocking topical skin preparation of which the content of the hydroxyapatite as the active ingredient is 0.1 to 20% by mass.

According to the methods of the present invention, uncultured amniotic cell and protein products may be derived from a large sample of amniotic fluid to provide a higher concentration of tissue regeneration components.
