Arrangement for limiting rotation, and robot
An arrangement for limiting rotation, the arrangement including a base structure; a drive member rotatable relative to the base structure and having a drive feature; a stopping member having at least one driven feature, wherein the stopping member is arranged to be intermittently driven relative to the base structure between a plurality of discrete positions by a continuous rotation of the drive member and by cooperation between the drive feature and at least one driven feature, wherein the stopping member in a first end discrete position is arranged to limit rotation of the drive member in a first end position of a rotation range of the drive member; and a holding mechanism arranged to hold the stopping member in each discrete position, the holding mechanism being at least partly provided in the base structure.
Integrated axle assembly and structural assembly
Provided discloses an integrated axle assembly and structural assembly. The integrated axle assembly comprises an axle tube assembly extending in a first direction; a front support arm extending circumferentially from the axle tube assembly in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction for attachment to the frame; a rear support arm extending circumferentially from the axle tube assembly in a third direction away from the second direction for mounting a resilient assembly; and a brake base plate extending in a peripheral direction from the circumference of the axle tube assembly; the axle tube assembly, front bracket arm, rear bracket arm and brake base plate are molded in one piece, which improves the assembly efficiency.
DRIVEN AXLE FOR A VEHICLE
A drive axle for a vehicle has a differential gearing system 3 arranged in a transmission housing 1, which differential is connected by plug-in shafts 5 to wheel hubs 7, where the plug-in shafts 5 extend through axle housings 2. The plug-in shafts 5 are arranged with their ends facing toward the differential gearing 3 fixed on the axle bevel gears 4 of the differential gearing 3. A transmitter wheel 9 is arranged on one or both plug-in shafts 5, whose rotary movement can be detected by a rotation speed sensor 8 arranged on the transmission housing 1 or the axle housing 2. The plug-in shafts 5 are guided radially, directly or indirectly, on the transmission housing 1 or in an area of the axle housing 2 adjacent to the transmission housing 1.
WHEEL HUB DISCONNECT SYSTEM
Methods and systems for selectively engaging a wheel hub to an axle or a shaft of a propulsion source are described. The wheel hub includes a wheel hub disconnect cap that may be rotated to release and engage the wheel hub to the axle. The wheel hub disconnect cap may also traverse in a longitudinal direction to engage and release the wheel hub from the axle or shaft.
Electric axle assembly for a vehicle
An electric axle assembly includes a banjo axle housing, first and second half shafts, and an electric drive unit. The banjo axle housing has a central portion that defines a receiving space and first and second openings providing access to the receiving space, first and second beams extending from the central portion in opposite first and second axial directions, and defining first and second beam hollows in communication with the receiving space. The half shafts extend within the first and second beam hollows. The electric drive unit includes a motor, a differential, and a housing having first and second housing components. At least one of the first and second housing components defines a motor housing region, the first and second housing components define a gearbox region, and the first and second housing components define first and second apertures that provide access for coupling the half shafts with the differential.
Patient transport apparatus with brake assembly and steer lock assembly
A patient transport apparatus comprises a support structure and at least one caster assembly coupled to the structure to facilitate movement of the structure along a floor. Each caster assembly comprises a wheel, an actuator moveable between three actuator positions, a steer lock assembly moveable by the actuator between a steer and non-steer locked state, and a brake assembly movable by the actuator between a braked and unbraked state. The brake assembly includes a plunger, a retainer coupled to the plunger, a brake pad for sliding movement along the retainer, and a brake biasing element disposed between the plunger and the brake pad to urge the brake pad away from the plunger such that movement of the actuator to place the brake assembly in the braked state simultaneously brings the brake pad into engagement with the wheel and slides the brake pad along the retainer to compress the biasing element.
Wheel assembly structure and child activity center
The present disclosure discloses a wheel assembly structure and a child activity center. The wheel assembly structure includes a connection base and a wheel assembly that is deployable. The wheel assembly is pivotally connected to the connection base. The wheel assembly has a deployment state and a storage state. An adjustment mechanism is provided between the connection base and the wheel assembly. The adjustment mechanism is configured to switch the wheel assembly into the storage state from the deployment state. When the wheel assembly is in the deployment state, the wheel assembly is deployed to a first position to move the connection base. When the wheel assembly is in the storage state, the wheel assembly is stored to a second position to stably place the connection base. The wheel assembly structure has a simple overall structure, which facilitates production and lowers production costs.
AXLE SYSTEM
