A protective end cap for lumber products includes a body comprising a lower surface and at least three lateral walls defining an upwardly-opening cavity configured to receive an end of a rectangular piece of lumber. The body includes: an upper portion comprising a first width and a first length, and a lower portion comprising a second width and a second length. In some embodiments, the first width is smaller than the second width. In some embodiments, the first length is smaller than the second length. The body further includes a transition portion comprising a tapered surface positioned between the upper portion and the lower portion. In some embodiments, a first lateral wall defines a first through-hole in the upper portion of the body extending from an exterior surface of the first lateral wall to an interior surface of the first lateral wall.
Caster assembly with brake assembly having low actuation force
A caster assembly comprises a caster wheel having an outer surface. A wheel support is coupled to the wheel to support the wheel for rotation about a rotational axis and for swiveling about a swivel axis. A brake assembly comprises a brake having a cammed wheel engaging surface shaped to engage the outer surface of the wheel and a brake actuator to move the brake relative to the wheel from an unbraked position to a braked position in which the brake limits rotation of the wheel about the rotational axis. The cammed wheel engaging surface is arranged to articulate relative to the wheel support. The cammed wheel engaging surface articulates relative to the wheel support in response to the wheel rotating about the rotational axis after the brake is initially placed in the braked position such that the cammed wheel engaging surface more deeply engages the wheel with rotation of the wheel about the rotational axis.

A bicycle wheel securing device comprises a shaft, an axial abutment structure, a bicycle-body engaging structure, a manual actuator, and a shaft-end retaining structure. The shaft has a first shaft end, a second shaft end, and a longitudinal center axis. The manual actuator is operatively connected to the axial abutment structure to bias the axial abutment structure against a first wheel attachment part of a bicycle body in response to operation of the manual actuator in a securing state where the bicycle-body engaging structure is engaged with a second wheel attachment part of the bicycle body. The shaft-end retaining structure is at least partly disposed at the second shaft end to retain the second shaft end in the first wheel attachment part in a maintenance state where the second shaft end is positioned in the first wheel attachment part of the bicycle body.

A quick-release structure has: a shaft lever having a shaft lever external thread at one end thereof and a shaft lever internal thread at the other end thereof; a fixed seat sheathed on the shaft lever in a non-rotatable manner relative to each other. CASTER WHEEL
A caster wheel that locks and unlocks using a push-lock, push-unlock mechanism, similar to a push button pen. The mechanism can be placed on the side of the wheel to be easily accessible to the user and to allow a convenient locking of the caster wheel.
AXLE HOUSING EXTENSION MEMBER AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING TRACK WIDTH OF A TRUCK AXLE
An axle extension member configured for attachment to an axle flange of a truck may be used to modify the truck from a standard track configuration to a wider track configuration to accommodate super single wheels. Methods for adjusting track width of a truck axle are also provided. The axle extension member includes an annular spacer portion and a spindle portion configured to receive an extended length axle shaft therethrough. The annular spacer portion is configured to abut and attach to an outboard face of the axle flange. At least one attachment feature is configured for attaching a disc brake assembly to the axle extension member.

The rolling device comprises a cylinder with an opening at one end and a piston that is arranged reciprocally movably in the cylinder such that the piston can be moved between an upper position in the cylinder and a lower position in the cylinder. The piston comprises a rolling element that is arranged in a first end portion of the piston that faces the cylinder opening and that rolls on the surface when the device is to be moved. The rolling device further comprises an actuator system for movement of the piston between the upper position and the lower position in the cylinder.
