The steel cord is composed of a plurality of steel filaments having 3 or more core filaments, at least a part of the surface of each of the plurality of steel filaments is coated with a resin material containing at least an ionomer, and when a resin component contained in the resin material is composed of a single resin, the melting point of the resin material is 150° C. or less, and when the resin component is composed of a composition containing two or more resins, the softening point of the resin material is 150° C. or less.
Motorcycle tire pair
A tire pair includes a front tire 2 and a rear tire 52. The front tire 2 includes a pair of beads 18, a carcass 10 extending on and between a first bead 18 and a second bead 18, a tread 4 located outward of the carcass 10 in a radial direction, and a band 14 located between the tread 4 and the carcass 10 in the radial direction. The carcass 10 includes a large number of carcass cords 30 aligned with each other and each tilted relative to an equator plane. The band 14 includes a band cord 34 extending substantially in a circumferential direction. A ratio (Jf/Jr) of a bending stiffness Jf of the band cord 34 of the front tire 2 to a bending stiffness Jr of a band cord 84 of the rear tire 52 is not less than 0.0 and less than 0.7.
TYRE FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
A tyre for vehicle wheels comprises a support structure and a tread band arranged in a radially outer position with respect to the support structure. The support structure comprises a plurality of hybrid reinforcing cords (10). Each of the hybrid reinforcing cords (10) has at least two strands (20) twisted together with a predetermined twisting pitch. Each of said at least two strands (20) comprises at least one monofilament textile wire (21) and at least one multifilament textile yarn (22) comprising a plurality of textile filaments (22a). In any cross section of the hybrid reinforcing cord (10), said at least one monofilament textile wire (21) is at least partially embedded in the filaments (22a) of said at least one multifilament textile yarn (22).

PNEUMATIC TIRE
An outermost end of a carcass folded-up portion is located in a tire width direction inside than an end in the tire width direction of the outermost inclined belt layer, in the tire radial direction between a carcass main body portion and the innermost inclined belt layer. A carcass cord in the folded-up portion located on the outermost side of the tire and a belt cord of the outermost inclined belt layer cross each other to be inclined in the same direction in a tire circumferential direction as being from one side toward the other side in the tire width direction, a difference in inclination angle is 30° or less, a width of the outermost inclined belt layer is larger than that of the innermost inclined belt layer, and in-plane rigidity per unit width of the innermost inclined belt layer is higher than that of the outermost inclined belt layer.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
In a pneumatic tire provided with a carcass layer and a belt layer, the carcass layer is formed of an organic fiber cord having an elongation at break of 20% to 30%, an elongation in a sidewall portion under a load of 2.0 cN/dtex of 5.5% to 8.0%, and a product A = D × Ec of a fineness based on corrected mass D (unit: dtex/piece) and a count Ec (unit: piece/50 mm) of 1.8 × 10.sup.5 dtex/50 mm to 3.0 × 10.sup.5 dtex/50 mm, and the belt layer is formed of a steel cord having a stress at break of 3300 MPa or more and a product B = S x Eb of a cross-sectional area S (unit: mm.sup.2/piece), and a count Eb (unit: piece/50 mm) is from 6.0 mm.sup.2/50 mm to 7.5 mm.sup.2/50 mm.

Tire textile cord
The present invention relates to a textile cord comprising at least two yarns, each yarn comprising multiple filaments, wherein each filament comprises polyethylene furanoate reinforced by carbon nano material and/or boron nitride nano material. These textile cords are particularly useful as tire reinforcements. Moreover, the present invention is directed to a polymeric composition comprising (1) polyethylene-2,5-furan dicarboxylate and (2) a carbon nano material or a boron nitride nano material. This polymeric composition can optionally be further comprised of one or more additional polyesters, such as polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene naphthalate. This invention is further directed to a rubber component comprising said cords coated with rubber and to tires and other rubber products comprising such cords.
